If you switch the game to easy you actually get the normal parry back in the final horizon and don't have to bother with the perfect timing, obviously this doesn't make the game design any less crap in the normal and hard modes but you're not locked out of content like you are in the main game so I'd just recommend doing that when you get to the boss rush, I wouldn't have bothered beating the DLC otherwise.

Personally I i think that femboy character like bridget are just female character with extra steps, In other words, a male character portrayed as a girl in every aspect, voice, mannerisms, looks, etc, basically a female character. However, a male character displaying as a female character its still a male character, specially if the story of the character really takes that in mind, like in Bridget's case. As you said, they needed a cute character with a twist, and I think they do that a lot in japanese media, and most people calling bridget trans probably dont know this, or they think that all femboy characters are trans, which is not true at all (Not saying that it doesnt happen)

52:31-55:38 Yeah with the story I can't recall the little things but overall I just do not care for this story at all because of how uninteresting it is. It tries to be so much yet ends up being so little, while only having major story beats in the beginning and end, at least noteworthy plot beats. Finally the references are absolutely obnoxious in this game as you pointed out. In my first playthrough I was so annoyed because they just kept referencing things CONSTANTLY even when the current situation doesn't even correlate with what going on like with the Dark Gaia line from Tails on Chaos Island to name one. This is probably not a good comparison to make because they're nothing alike but in Star Trek when they bring up something from the past it has a purpose as to why they're bringing it up and it's not just an obnoxious "wink" to the camera. As a mega BLEACH fan I can assure you I am VERY happy ^__^ I've wanted a proper BLEACH console game for so long and an arena fighter is actually specifically what I wanted 😅. I mean don't get me wrong I really enjoy Soul Resureccion but when I spent so long dreaming of a BLEACH game an ok Dynasty Warriors knock off that skipped over half the story wasn't what I had in mind 😅 and it's been over 13 years since that game came out something like ROS was lomg overdue.
