I own the exact same tractor,i also love about every aspect of it, BUT,,,for the life of me i cannot find where on Cold Start how do you make glow plugs operate ? Are they automatic upon turning key start or ???? Chuck/Texas

My grandpa was a cat lover and him and my grandma had 4 dogs and 12 cats. They had their own room in the basement and my grandpa made a couch for visiting the cats and he brought a large sceen TV with cable so the cats could watch nature shows on KZfaq. He built a kitchen so he can make his tea and be with his fur babies. He loved fishing and hanging out with the cats on the farm. They would follow him around while he did farm work because they were barn cats they kept the farm clean from rodents. He had three cats with him on the tractor at all times, they were the elders of the group. Once all 12 cats got together to chase away a large fox and they were like a pack of lions, rounded the fox up in a circle and pounced, they let it go and it never returned. But they never hurt racoons, they would share their food and water with the raccoons. It was funny. The dogs were lazy and didn't do much, they loved the cats too they would nap together in a big pile. We had multiple cat houses and dog houses on the farm with heated floors and AC. The cows liked visiting the cats too they would bathe them and lad down in grass with them. I loved being on the farm. I miss my grand daddy so much. ❤

Thought I would see a strawberry cheesecake shake. I have heard that if you cook the squash and then freeze dry it, it can last for longer, but I haven't ever tried it.

I have one of the 20’s they are a real good tractor I’m fixing to have to tear mine down and do some work to it but it is 2 years older than me and I’m a 72 model so it is about time for some stuff to wear out on it I suppose

How are the hydraulics set up? I’m doing a similar thing. My mast has hydro up and gravity down. Do you have a backflow diverter or do the fluid just back drive? Thanks for any input you might have.

You just need the one line it works fine the fluid seems to exit just fine on the down stroke

The way that tractor sits right now is going to get somebody killed. That small tractor doesn't have enough front end weight to counter balance the forks if he tries to move it. The minute he puts a skid of fertilizer and lifts the stabilizer off the ground at that height it's going to turn over backwards. Good idea just needs a bigger tractor with counter weight on the front.

well aware of that i just had this tractor free and used hydraulics to test the unit out yes it would work alot better on a tractor with a loader the thing will probably be used to stack hay any way thanks for watching like and subscribe

A little word of advice make sure that you are running proper rotation or you will definitely wear brass gears out quickly. The other thing is run off all cable and thread it from top very easy fix .Myself and my Father ran these type of winches for years in our logging operation and had great luck with them best of luck and have a good day.

Thank you hard to beat this series we got this 454 I think it is 2400 industrial and it is like a 464 tractor and a 584 I was looking the other day the 414 is 1963 454 is 1973 and the 584 is 1983 not sure on the 464

I have a 454 and what a pain in the back side it starts and runs good but the steering is the pits I have changed the steering ram and the pump under the steering wheel and had the main pump and the deviated valve checked out and it still steers hard and the brakes are on the same circuit which don’t work and who would put a parking brake inside the tractor but yours is looking good .

i hate to hear about all you issues with yours sounds like you have an obstrucion of some sort or a bad leak that posiibly is internal and not leaking outside the tractor i would say loosing your preasure to your steering and such we have 3 of these that are basically same system 454 584 and 464 and have never had issues with any of them the real bad you would prob have to split your tractor to get to the issue unless there is some sort of preasure releif valve somewhere on the outside that is just bypassing that i am not sure is but worth getting an manual for unless not planning on keeping the tractor thanks for watching like and subscribe

You have also I hope bled the circuit we had a similar issue I do remember and we bled it possible air lock in your system but our issue was quickly resolved
