you shouldn't do it everyday, your muscle need time to rest. Do it 3 time/week, rest enough you will progress faster , warm up before workout and cool down also help, sorry for my bad english

I feel you with the "No weight loss but toning up" at the beginning. When I started working out I was around 230lbs with about 34% body fat. After round half a year to 3/4 of a year I lost only around 20lbs (not so sure of the weights cause I usually use kg) because of a bad diet but I went down to around 21% body fat. Obviously the gains were REALLY noticeable. I felt great even though I was still REALLY heavy. Now, 4 years later, I'm back to ALMOST maximum fatness of 260lbs (currently around 245 -250. 230lbs was not the maximum I had. I lost some weight before exercising) because of life, rona and just stress in general. I plan to start hitting the gym again after I move for Uni. Videos like this really motivate me. Maybe I'll do the Saitama workout as well. Will take me WEEKS if not MONTHS to even get to the 10km point again.

Day 1 test day, try to to 10 push ups if you feel confident move up to 20 do the same thing until you feel confident i can do 50 pushups 50 squats and 40 crunches im going to move up once i feel confident
