Zenana, have you used the USA Pan products? I'm concerned about the toxins in baking ware these days. Appreciate your opinion.

I read an article that if you use silicone in your baking tools, including parchment paper, that as soon as it hits 200 degrees it’s leaching out a chemical called siloxane that is very toxic. Have you heard this?

So glad I watched this before buying an entire cookware and bakeware set 😮 👍🏻👍🏻

Hi ! I'm desperately looking for the stainless steel version in France but for some reason it looks like Vitamix is not selling the stainless steel container in France. By any chance do you know how I could have this one ? Thanks

Hi, and thank you. I use empty plastic gallon containers to bring home well water so that I don't have to drink the apartment water. What can I use instead. I tried glass and the metal lids molded. Should I use plastic lids if they don't touch the water??? Rebecca

Many bamboo utensils have varnishes on them, which are toxic. If you’re going to promote bamboo utensils, they need to be varnish-free and coating-free.

I watched your video and decided to follow so much of your suggestions! Then I thought of an alarming statistic that most people don't even know. In the last 3 years, there has been enough immigrants let through our border to fill the population of 36 of our states!. Oh, the plastic containers that are given each day, each meal, to feed them. Can you imagine the strain and toxic burden that has put on our country? It is a hopeless situation. Too late for our country. Life as we know it is over.

Silicone is not made of sand. You are confusing it with silicon. Per Britannica: silicone, any of a diverse class of fluids, resins, or elastomers based on polymerized siloxanes, substances whose molecules consist of chains made of alternating silicon and oxygen atoms. Their chemical inertness, resistance to water and oxidation, and stability at both high and low temperatures have led to a wide range of commercial applications, from lubricating greases to electrical-wire insulation and biomedical implants (such as breast implants).

All great advice! But I did notice that you probably color your hair and you have makeup on... What do you say about those toxic chemicals? Where can we find the best non-toxic hair color and makeup????
@planetarylife7775 ай бұрын
We need to be carefully with silicon. Silicon can start to Leche chemicals at high temps (i mean even touch a hot stove or oven). It is best to avoid using them in a hot setting. I mean dont use them on the stove or in bake wear. Cold or room temp is fine. I dont think the amount was a lot but it is best to be safe. Also do not put any alcohol on silicone. It also leches.

I have had my FoodCycler for about 10 months and love it! But, I recently had an issue with the cog in the bottom of the unit; the bucket is spinning correctly, but when I put it in the FoodCycler it doesn't turn; the cog on the bucket turns correctly, but when placed back in the FoodCycler and the cog is inserted in the bottom of the base, it will not turn. Does anyone have advice on how to get the cog to turn again?
