You should NOT massage while exfoliating. Better results are achieved with a lighter more gliding circular motion for softness of skin afterwards. Massage after exfoliant has been washed or hot toweled off the Skin. Then apply moisturizing hydrating lotion or oil to the hand using a relaxing firm circular massaging motion. 😁
