Sometimes, all members records certain lines and the producer decided who's voice is better. So, your fav not getting line probably because other members just better.

I mean, there is usually one or two people who do most of the adlibs/backing vocals. Lyric distribution videos only cover the main vocal and some adlibs - if you watch some videos with enhanced hidden vocals you'll often find that some idols end up singing the same lines multiple times, doing harmonies for other members and adding adlibs so all their actual lines combined can end up being a few times longer than the entire song. One of the most apparent examples is J-Hope, he often gets a single verse per song but you can hear him in the background for it's entire duration.
