You could use the rest of the chocolate and melt it with about 2 or 3 tablespoons of butter and melt it in to a sauce and pore it over the log and freeze it after that

Most people who can't have a lot of sodium doesn't need this kind of recipe. And I am one of those people that can only have 100 or less mgs of sodium a day. So I don't even buy salt at all.

Under $30 but I would buy those pans 30 for $10 at Sams. I would cook the meat myself. I’ve never been a fan of those microwavable meats. Check out meat church’s sausage queso and overthefire’s brisket queso videos.
