You are such a clever blighter, I watch fascinated. I had to do a demo the other day and I practiced one of your pictures to show your technique. Didn’t do you justice but they enjoyed it. 👍🏻

Your explanation of your planning for your paintings is unmatched by any other artist. From what to add or leave out to final details, I have learned so much I can apply to my own paintings. Like living in your mind for an hour or so!

Love those magic bouys! And the waterline is masterful in making the water appear as glass. Your decisions overall (composition, colors, artistry, etc.) is incredibly impressive. I learn so much from watching/hearing your process as you go. Thank you so much for sharing.

As a plein air painter, I so love when you show how you handle busy, complicated scenes because they tend to confound me when I'm tempted to paint them, but struggle with the complexity. Please keep these coming, they're so inspiring and informative! Much appreciated!

Thanks Julliette. Plein air painting is the best, and yes, when you're looking at a scene like this, it can be quite complicated. I squint my eyes sometimes to get the basics.
