It's crucial to remember that Historic Roosevelt isn't just a building; it's a piece of our collective history, enriched by the community's investment through tax dollars. In essence, this makes the community the true custodians of the building. The West Bloomfield School District, as stewards, are tasked with making decisions that benefit us all. However, when those decisions do not align with the community’s needs or heritage, it is both our right and responsibility to speak up and steer the course in a new direction.

Upset to see there was nothing regarding the animal shelter cruelty! An animal shelter shouldn't be dumping animals illegally..... goes against not only the law but human decency! Not what i expect of such a influential and supposedly highest end of Oakland County!

I've been attending the Antique & Classic Boat Rendezvous at Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum for several years now. For some reason, mahogany speedboats are frequently displayed there, both as replicas and the real thing. Hacker Craft is one of the builders whose name stuck with me and it was great to find out more about Mr. Hacker.
