I don't care what the location is, a million and a half for 849 square feet is insane. The balcony is bigger than the whole apartment. And $90,000 for 2 parking spaces??? Like I said, INSANE.

Surprised they did not go with 3- parking, beautiful interior and space and least expensive...plus 2 fireplaces and amazing bathrooms, and the kitchen, I was waiting for Wofgang Puck to show up.
