I had my gallbladder removed 36 yrs. & had no idea that I would need to make any changes. For years I've vomited undigested food, experienced stomach discomfort, & have had difficulty digesting fats. This short video was an eye opener! How much vitamin E do you suggest? I suffer from IBS now & it presents itself as diarrhea. Should I be taking bile salts then? I developed Hashimoto's several years ago & have heard that lacking a gallbladder can affect the thyroid. Who knew???

Hi there. So I took a 100mg dose of iodine for 3 weeks and now my TSH is high at 7.6, T4, T3 and thyroxine index are all normal. When should I recheck my TSH? I have been having night sweats since my uptake of iodine. Thank you.

That's way too much! Stop for a few weeks. The tsh increase is temporary but your dose is still too high. Get back on at 25mg after the break.

New to all this and have been looking into it and amounts etc, from what I can tell they suggest 150 mcg a day or about that per adult, and a boiled egg will have possibly about 50 mcg so therefore eating 3 boiled eggs a day would get you the suggested daily dose of iodine (almost all the iodine is in the yolk of the egg, not the white). I thought it's interesting, I've been taking the iodine and selenium, one drop a day with half a 200 mcg selenium pill, I figure why push it and it should accumulate over time, they body only produces if normally operating about 1 tablespoon per year from what I understand so therefore if and supposedly you sweat or urinate 90% of the unneeded out so there's that but still that's not to suggest taking however much you like. I just want the detox of the heavy metals and benefits of better skin and hair etc, I figure all the punishment I've done to my body what could it hurt helping it out a little, plus it also boosts energy they say and clears brain fog and helps with fatigue, whether or not this is true has yet to be seen by me but will pop back in if I remember in a few weeks and update.

@@jaimemiguelcorpuz5756 that's one egg yolk, I misspoke in the above statement, 1 egg yolk provides about the 25mcg, "they" recommend 150 mcg for adults....25 mg is A lot, but to each there own I guess....I'm okay with a couple of drops a day, not a couple of droppers full a day, this probably would be my last post if I did that.

Please do not use castor oil packs to soften the hard tissue after an operation stich even when healed, it does not soften the tissue it will collect fat under the skin and you will end up with fatty necrosis lump. Never use it on eye lids either it will block the eyelash pores. Wishing you all good health.
