I have a trailer in virtually the same condition too. Same colour also. I was going to re-paint. A lot of the other videos I see do rust converter, primer then final coat. How did your's ending up lasting with just the one coat?

I haven't pumped a tire using a handheld air pump in forever because I usually just use the pay ones at the gas station for my vehicle. So I didn't know about how to use the clip (to keep it up when attaching the pump, and flip down to lock it in, once attached). So, thanks!

This is a good fix but don’t lubricate the tracks this will attract dust, dirt etc and make worse. The doors have nylon on the sides that run in the tracks. The noise you hear is coming from the springs as this video suggests.
