For the Team Battle, I didn't realize the Team Skyway Meter ran on a time limit -- ie basically use it or lose it. I make sure not to lose any more Team Skyway boosts for the rest of the Team Battles this session.

The CPU Star Rivals can be surprising in difficulty if you're going for earning their badges by beating them. Fighting 97 other players while you're trying to stay ahead of the Star Rival is even more difficult at times.

Wild Goose is pretty fun to use. It may not brake turn like Golden Fox, but the Goose can take a beating as long as you don't guzzle too much power with boosts.

Hey I finally got a win in one of these races! Yeah I know. It's a Classic win, but it's a start!

There were some heartbreakers in some of these races shown in this video. I had a clean Skyway skip on the secret track and then I had to go and crash out after it. X(

I can't believe I had a comeback on Mirror Death Wind I!

This video showcases two main things about the Golden Fox. 1) It's capable of giving you comebacks (though maybe not comeback wins). And 2) If you get the lead or a high spot, you just might be able to outlast everyone else behind you. These two things really become more evident in my later races from this session.

I accidentally flipped my map to the other display and I didn't realize what happened until later. I'll flip back to the default map display in my next session, whenever that is.

Like always questionable usernames were why I didn't mark this for kids.

I mentioned it before, but I got too aggressive so that I ended up forced to play it safe for the final laps of these races. I have to balance when to push so that I don't take myself out of the final lap (as in I get a lower rank than what I know I could get).

I realize that sometimes if I get too aggressive early, I end up having to play it too safe late due to a low power meter. :<

I can't promise my KZfaq hiatus is over since currently I have hand ailments at present that I need to do physical therapy for. I felt alright enough today to throw up something finally until I'm ready to cease the hiatus.

I'll try more machines in the future. I just wanted to start with Captain Falcon's Blue Falcon first.

If anyone has any tips that can help players last longer, I'm open to suggestions.

Consider this only a one-off due to the nature that this is a test map. And yeah you can camp an area since all the enemies have factions so you can make the enemies fight each other instead of you. The only problem to camping is your supplies are limited, so you can't camp an area for too long. You'll have to leap into the fray to scavenge ammo (unless you cheat yourself some goods via the dev console). Lastly I apologize for the lack of uploads. I just had nothing else recorded since my Condition Zero footage bled dry.

This is the last of my no wifi recordings. I don't know if I'll return to CZ again, but it depends if I need to install it again.

I made some goofs (including one editing goof), so I apologize. I just forgot to cut out loading into Dust since I didn't want to play that map. Also I'm not a Counter-Strike player normally, so I haven't mastered the game yet.

If there's one thing about Bomb/Defuse is that you are very limited on hiding the bomb if you're planting. The bomb planting radius is very limited compared to Tour of Duty's rules.

If you're not playing on the CT team, you have the advantage since CT has to come to you on Hostage Rescue.

This one is a hard-fought match. I also had an almost-ace in one of the rounds, but I know, I know. It's against the bots.

I played a number of bot matches when I was out with no wifi. Stay tuned for those matches.

I'm not sure if I'll do more from this game, so consider it a one-off for now. Also this footage was taken before Valve pushed some of the Half-Life 25th anniversary code to Condition Zero.

Like usual any time I have a Splatoon vid not age-gated for kids is because of questionable usernames.

Metal AF

The reason I didn't age gate this clip for kids is because lightning strikes are pretty violent in both Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom. Oh and I transferred this clip using the Switch's send to phone feature. I just wanted to see how that option is. I think I'll just stay with using my Elgato capture card for videos (unless there's a reason to use send to phone in the future).

Questionable user names are why again this wasn't age gated (any names are just questionable, not explicit). Anyways I finally find a weapon that I use for the remainder of the Splatfest though it took me a bit before I got the hang of Reefslider since I don't use that special often.

The is the first Tower Control session I've had in a long while. The first match in the video was my first Tower Control match in Splatoon 3 which went by quick! Also normally I'd have this video age gated, but there were some questionable user names this go around -- not bad enough for 18+ though.

If this area seems familiar to Onirism players, the map is a turned version of an area in Chapter 4 of single player.

I've changed the video thumbnail after all this time since the previous one was erroneously generated by KZfaq a decade ago. YT had since fixed their thumbnails, so I should do the same. It'll take some time before the new thumbnail is shown.

Upgrading the Boomstick shotgun makes it full-auto. My stars, that thing is a monster at clearing provided if you don't get complacent with it.

I just hope the Toaster doesn't catch a nerf later on. If it somehow does, then I hope the upgraded version would be the unnerfed version.

So far that makes two completed easter eggs on this map. One was to open the church and the other was to upgrade your whip melee. I don't know if there are other easter eggs still on this map or if that's it for now. If anyone happens to know anything, please let me know in a comment!

So I find after finishing the easter egg to open the church, a new easter egg involving soul filling opens up. So I spend this part of the session trying to soul fill where I can.

Since Halloween is near, I figured why not revisit the Catastrophe map in Onirism's Tales mode. Since the map was updated this past summer, I just wanted to see what I could that I wasn't able to see the last time I played the map.

This completes the session of Tales I've had in Onirism. I finally understand the Tales mode imposes a 4 perk limit and buying more than 4 perks will remove your oldest bought perks first. Maybe in future updates, the perk limits can be raised either by default or by special map methods (like item drops for example). It can be pretty tense to figure out your perks when many of them are good, but you can only have 4 active at a time.

So yeah I haven't posted a whole lot since May 2022. That was because I've had real life issues that I'm finally hopeful that they're behind me so I can resume playing games more often and recording them. I can't promise I'd post more frequently, but hopefully I shouldn't disappear for long stretches like I had been. Also this session lasted an hour, but I had to break the video into two parts. The second part should be coming soon.
