@@JamesStewartarmwrestling I still train 5 times a week. I train in a gym again. The power twisters aren't so important anymore. I'm also trying to do pull-ups like that now. 😁

It's nearly or probably impossible to tear your biceps that way. The biceps can only tear when it's overstretched with a tone of pressure being put it in, causing the bicep tendon on the elbow to tear i think

To train it at a regular gym you just need a sturdy wall, keep heels 12" away from wall, knees straight, glutes, upper back and head against wall during the lift and curl, elbow can come forwards.
