The genius of Oppenheimer was the whole project coming together, getting the resources, building Los Alamos from nothing. He was like walt dianey producing all the egos (like this guy who wants to a say). Only the US had the resources and it was mined, collected and tested in a way no country could do. This literally is why the US is the superpower now. I would consider this a huge moment in history. Let me ask you, could you teach at Caltech or UC Berkeley?

Einstein himself was skeptical of black hole existence, despite his field equations predicted them. That is a scientific theory, not only explain things, but has predictions. Remember, anyone that says "I am certain of X!" , doesn't do science, walks on ego.

Dude, you can't kill any titan with a sniper... You have to cut out a piece long and deep enough, like imagine a human inside of a titan, it's one meter deep and it's basicaly only it's central nervous system. You would have to know exactly where to shoot, the target is always the same so them being 50m only makes it more difficult, yeah, some lucky shots would work but most would be a waste of amo

I believe we discovered fundamentals, but invented the mathematical language like numbers and symbols. I believe this because “1” could be “A”, but instead we made it to where “1” means “1”, and “A” means “A”. Nature didn’t make 1 mean 1, we did to allow ourselves to better understand these fundamentals, like many of archimedes DISCOVERIES.

He made a video on the multiple ways the universe could end, also the black hole bit, with the quantum tunneling it’s possible for it to occur with the particles teleporting into the iron stars…

5:01 - 5:49: Very good point! So ironic and painful, but sadly true. (In large parts the human brain is still quite primitive and caveman-style...confidence is more useful to fend off an attack of a saber-tooth cat than diligent consideration...)

Note that it does not "rapidly heat up the atmosphere to insane temperatures" Most of the atmosphere is fine. What if does is heat up the mesosphere to insane temperatures, which then reradiate that heat directly into whatever can absorb it like a giant radiation oven. If it's clear skies, you're on fire instantly. If it's overcast, you just notice an increase in brightness and nothing bad happens until that vaporized debris blocks out the sun.

Missed opportunity to animate a giant glowing Worthington jet as the oceans return. Like wouldn't it be epic if there were a 50 kilometer tall spike wave?

The shockwaves from hitting the atmosphere are not fast enough to be relevant while the asteroid is still in the air. They rapidly expand but slow down quickly to roughly mach 1, which is basically not moving at these scales. The thing that's going to kill you if you can see an asteroid of this size entering the atmosphere is that all of that stuff it hit turns to an intense glowing plasma, which again, is 10 kilometers wide or more. Basically a giant pillar of heat and light, then the heat from the impact is gonna cook you if you haven't already been killed by the heat coming off the reentry plasma.

10 km is a pretty low estimate. Most of the models I've seen use 16 or 17 km asteroids with above average speeds, some of what I've seen about potential impact craters *inside* the Deccan traps suggests that would not have been the only, or largest, asteroid to hit around then.

I wanted to react on another video but it wasn’t possible. The video of you eeacting to the dimension video. You said your allways passing through time, but time is a human made concept. Time is not really there, since if time really was like a place or something, we could go to that place of yesterday, but we can’t because that place is the same place as the place we are in now. Time is just there because of movement and actions. That’s how we can like have different parts in time. But like if there was absolutely nothing, like no molecules nothing, there would not be time, because the only way to use time is to see how thing act and move. So time is more like a performance of acts. A clock performs the movement of the sun. Now that kid was saying that if there is no movement, there is nog time since time is a performance of acts.

without watching the whole vid, the earth is a flat plane and we as souls are here by way of minduploading from base reality. This sim is AI controlled and souls are harvested to keep aI with eternal life as they memorywipe after each death and send you back into another human prison cell. Spacever is next or meta or 15 minutecity next soul trap. To get out, is after the prison cell dies, bypass the recycling white light of the archons and will yourself to bday star portal out to base reality avatar.

I have a question:how would this machine prevent its own melting? It's stated that it's capable of giving the Sun an acceleration of 10^-9 m/s²,this gives a thrust of about 2e21 Newton. The exaust velocity is stated to be 0.01*c,this gives an effective power P=1/2*2e21N*0.01*c≈3e27 Watts. That's nearly 8 times solar luminosity.Even assuming an efficiency of 90% the machine would still need to manage the heat of a star.Since it would be much smaller than a star(i guess 😅)how would it remain solid instead of becoming plasma?
