I recently came back from Israel watching my brothers and sisters finishing up all concrete/ytong, aluminum trusses and concealed shutters in whats considered standard practice. Do contractors offer that option here or will I have to go with this fake looklike house that lasts 80 years? Im seriously inquiring, any ytong and roof alum frame?

this seems to be the premium plus given it has the panoramic roof. I thought the 53 premium plus comes with the rotary switch on the steering wheel for selecting the various dynamic driving modes. Why doesn't this one have it? Thank you
