Hi if your in Bedfordshire area you should check out Old Warden tunnel if you haven’t already. I believe you can still access it

Great video! Nice to see my son in this. He is Kylo Ren. I must say though, he and the bloke who was Darth Vader, dont know each other. My son followed him as he thought it would be cool, seeing as he's the 'grandson' lol. Again, great video 😊

Yay, thanks for the shout out, it was a great day.. As you said it's pretty chilled, that's why we come back every year.. The outside space is great so you can relax ad chill. Never as any trouble, the organisers are great, very helpful, and being farely new in having to use a chair, disability access is good. Will be back again next year. Keep up the good work Rob 😊

I been few time taken lots of pics and few short 360video shots but never filmed it been wanting to. Great explore Rob I believe there meant to be building a universal Studios theme park next to that place if it gets the go ahead.

That is actually a huge part of the buzz of exploring I likened it to going through a scare maze or house that I do in Orlando it plays on your primal instincts and fears, 👍

Good video mate. That place is so far gone but I do like explores like that so thanks for sharing it with us. I will defo go and check it out. That hole in the ground was mad to but a shame it’s just rubble. I do live a church and graveyard to so I’ll defo be there one day 😎

The whole is a cellar Paul said it get past the rubble and take a torch and there is the potential of a room but he no torch with him and all that rubble around far to dangerous, on the way out back along the canal not yet explored is an old abandoned pub / property called canal cottage.

Great video - as always!! Love that you got inside and got a really good look around. We panicked; took a few photos outside and left sharpish!!!😂 Apparently it’s built on an old Roman bathhouse so if it does ever get pulled down it might be hiding an even more interesting history!

as far as i no the people who owned that house still do the out bulidings thay converted them there was plans to knock it down and rebulid it its part of the cosgrove estate

i think like a lot of similar location , its a wait for someone to get hurt , then they can knock it down on safety grounds , it must be a real struggle with it being grade II listed , its beyond salvage , original fire guessing was an accident all the once since certainly not .
