Get a good lawyer who can increase the public outrage for the case; Disney will not want the very much earned BAD PUBLICITY being caused by the incident. Also need to verify if the Disney + agreement covers this. No luck? Go for the restaurant, the manager on duty, the lead on duty, the server, the computer meal systems Disney uses, and the people that supplied the meal ingredients. Disney probably won't care, but it will affect their reputation in the long run.
