Dr. Manel Gonzalez-Pinero bridges unrelated sectors with ease. Kudos to Majid for this brilliant introduction.

Impressive profile of Dr. Gonzalez-Pinero, with such a cross-sectional vision of seemingly unrelated sectors and the ability to connect them. Thank you, Majid, for introducing us to this profile.

Amazing to see podcast with Matthias from a Talent Acquisition perspective. I have always found interview to be a 2 way communication where companies need to be authentic to attract right talent. Whereas, a good approach for candidates is to think what they want from the company, job.
@MajidM4 күн бұрын
Thank you for listening and adding the point about 2 way communication. that is very true. Some companies do not think of it as that way and start sending questions in interviews like interrogations.

Amazing session Majid, you have been inviting amazing guests with loads of experience in different industries, which itself is priceless. I have heard a lot of advise on AI, but Dr. Nikolas and Stavriana summed it up perfectly "Use AI as a tool. The biggest cost for entrepreneurs is that they loose time and focus on what they have to do so."

True. it was very valuable insight. the whole interview was very good. Thanks for your support

Paksy has so much experience with her in the field of IT, and is very nice to see how she is contributing to research and tech as well. Was going through the report that you shared, I think AI learns based on what we teach it. like garbage in, garbage out. So as humans and emotionally intelligent beings, we need to ensure we teach good to the technology. The ending was really well haha, but I was listening on my way to work. So will get to work after I reach :D
@MajidM4 күн бұрын
Yes, Paksy has a lot of experience and we could hear from her examples. Very true about garbage in and garbage out. if we feed high quality information to the system, the system will learn better.

Majid, brilliant job with the interview. Very happy to see you are also taking interviews from academia. Dr. Manel has shared some really good examples. Learning from his challenges, I think these are problems anyone can face during the time of their jobs as well and the advice Dr. Manel shared was very good. What I am impressed is with his skills, how does one revolve with so different skills?
@khalid838617 күн бұрын
Congratulations on first in-person interview Majid. It was amazing listening to Paksy. It is nice to hear that there are not set rules to follow for growth rather you keep testing and improving yourself. An amazing take on AI and how AI will be used to build a profile of a user for a company. A better version of CDP but used by companies to hire people. Wish Staex luck, I will be following them and wishing them lots of luck.

Dr. Manel is a great example of how people can collaborate in industry after doing a PhD. The examples and explanations has given me a new perspective to think about innovation and cross innovation. In the process of cost cutting companies, end up moving operations to other companies, but similarly people trying to make more money move to other countries, the brain drain problem is also existing in Asian countries. Thank you for sharing the valuable advice Dr. Manel. Good job Majid with the interview, very happy to see how you are progressing with the guests and the way you craft a story.

Very interesting to see how Dr. Manel started his PhD journey. Was definitely not an easy one. In addition, I am noticing that retaining talent if getting hard and hard, because of the inflation, better pays, and better benefits like you discussed. Also learned a lot of new things.
