I'm hearing about Nolvus for the first time. Does anyone know when V6 drops? Idk if I should wait or not
@nikirose767320 күн бұрын
That's interesting about the economy. I only played Nolvus quite briefly but one of the things I noticed was that if I picked lots of plants between Riverwood and Whiterun, I could then sell them for seven or eight hundred septims. Great vid anyway, thank you. I'm still trying to find the Wabbajack list that ticks all the right boxes for me, or at least enough boxes and is fairly tweak-friendly. Downloading this one now.

Great video. You have made Alan Moore, the writer for Watchman, Swamp Thing and others. He actually considers himself a wizard.

nolvus is the GOAT. it got me back into skyrim 10 fold. skyrim is my childhood game and it’s lovely to see a mod pack so large, it brings that whim back. makes me feel like a kid experiencing the game for the first time again.
@thatrandomguycommenting126124 күн бұрын
I've been modding skyrim for like a decade. I have had playthroughs with 10 mods and 1000 mods. Having a pre built installer is fantastic. I definitely recommend. Esspecially if you're like me and forced yourself through manual mod installs until you found Mo2 was a thing 😂 I still have CTD ptsd.

I prefer the alternate Leveling system. You can level freely and do whatever you want, and You don't have to powerlevel some skills. Especially conjuration, you can't level Conjuration normally in Vanilla, because you only get Exp when you summon Something. Not when Minions kill Something
@blnldblmpf7326Ай бұрын
I hated skyrim leveling, that's why I quit playing back than, so this is perfect
@Titansdragon7517 күн бұрын
You can level conjuration by spamming soul trap on a dead body. Can get it to 100 in 20 mins.

Some tips from someone who has level 40 in druid and cleric. Clerics healing gets better when you spec into more magic healing, because their heal scales off of it. Going with the passive ability that gives you a flat increase to your heal does wonders, because your heal will recover around 20+ hp per cast and you get 5. Additionally their sanctuary spell, if fully casted, can pretty much full heal a person if they have a few bits of magic healing. As for warlock, they have passives they can get that return health when their curses do damage, and one that makes it so when they deal damage with a weapon they life steal. So there are ways to mitigate the life loss, plus unlike other casters they have unlimited spells if they keep their health up. Also with magic damage, you arent entirely wrong, some spells do piss damage, for example druids dreamfire does only 15 damage with a delay after casting. But the upside is that like weapons, better focus will give you more damage, so you kind of have to spec more into magic damage in your armor.

That music is too loud compared to your voice. Music with a much higher pitch than the speakers voice doesn't help either.
@Tbrisk94Ай бұрын
Nolvus was the easiest to install for me and changed the game for what I was looking for as far as escaping the vanilla game which I had gotten tired of. So I recommend it graphically and indeed if you’re tired of the vanilla version and other mods that require so much work. This is easy and tons of hours of fun.

Playing with this mod collection has been quite the Rollercoaster. Overall really good if you don't mind the occasional crashes, sometimes quests not working properly and some NPC interactions glitching out. But hey, it's understandable, we are talking about 2K+ mods running. I give it a 8/10, mainly for the combat. Combat is waaaay better than vanilla, like holy shit.

New viewer here. Regarding levelling, this is because LS4 uses the Experience mod to award experience, and configures it to be on the less generous side. This is done because if the high amount of content in LS4. It's designed to allow for long playthrughs without maxing out your level when you're only a small percentage of the way through the content. Trust me, you'll come to appreciate it. There's individual mods in there that are more content rich than the base game. Experience rewards you for discovering new locations, completing quests and clearing dungeons, ie., for playing the game rather than grinding. Get out and explore! And yes, put it up on KZfaq.

Combat being slow is because of the know your enemy mod's resistance system. You need blunt weapons to fight heavy armor, blades for light armor. If you were hitting those iron armored bandits with maces they'd have gone down much faster. In general this list is optimized for 3rd person since it uses MCO, that's probably why your first person combat was a bit clunky.
