You talk quite a lot over the dialogues, more than the average reactor anyway. It's a complex show. Missing lines can be problematic. ^^;

Hitch wanted to film this in the USA with a chase across the entire country. He wanted the murders to be with knives and he wanted it to be extremely violent. However, the studio said No Way. He got angry and went to London

Movie making in the 1940s wasn’t as primitive as you may think. Cameras were able to move around the sets. They were not fixed in one location. The takes in this movie were long and the transitions were basically seamless

My mom purchased the book for me when the movie came out because my dad was really strict about what movies I saw. Even though I was 12, there were things in the preview that he thought I was too young for. Big mistake! The book is far more "sexually charged" than the movie! It's a good late 60s Sci Fi book though, and very, very different from the movie! Pretty much what happened was the Baby Boom never stopped and the population kept exploding. Add to that the youth movements of the late 60s and the rise of computers and there was revolution. There weren't any domes either, Anyway, enough of the book spoilers. In the movie, Sanctuary was really all the frozen 30-year-olds. There is a deleted scene that gives the number of the frozen bodies as 1056, so no one made it out before Logan and Jessica. Looking through the comments, it looks like others have already posted the important points. Nive reaction! Thumbs up!

He changed his mind. Fairly obvious. Throwing your badge away is not an official resignation. If you were to watch the whole movie, the scenes would be seen in there entirety, so that they would have the proper context. 2 years too late lol

I write this to You to bring You Eternal Hope from far away."The Rapture"- is A Truly Real Future Biblical Christian Worldwide Event in which Millions of Living True Christian Believers shall be "Transported" into Heaven to meet The Creator Of The World/The Maker Of The World/The Lord Himself and they shall be with him Forever and ever.Also in addition to "The Rapture" another Truly Real Future Biblical Christian Worldwide Event called "The First Resurrection" will also take place,which will "Resurrect" All-Dead True Christian Believers and will also "Transport" them into Heaven to meet The Creator Of The World/The Maker Of The World/The Lord Himself and they shall be with him Forever and ever! "The Rapture" collects All-Living True Christian Believers,while " The First Resurrection" collects All-Dead True Christian Believers.The Dead True Christian Believers shall rise first and then both:The Dead and The Living True Christian Believers shall Together be Transported into Heaven to be Together with The Christian God and to be Rewarded accordingly by The Christian God! This is not a joke.I have seen "The Signs" and these words are "True and Correct".Remember!Jesus Christ said:“You don’t have to wait for the End.I am right now,Resurrection and Life.The one who believes in me,even though he or she dies,will live.And everyone who lives believing in me does not ultimately die at all.Do you believe this?”

In many ways this could be considered Speilbergs less kid-oriented prolog to ET: The Extra-Terrestrial, and it shares that sense of almost being a fable/parable. Folks didn't, at the time, expect the movie to have all the answers. The "terrifying painting" the cutesy girl with massive oversized black pupils---long before that was a possession meme---was part of a huge collector's set supposedly painted by a famous male artist who actually forced his wife to paint them, oddly enough. Keane?

Steve Dash played Jason Voorhees in the majority of this film except for a few shots - one of em being the window crash at the end in which Warrington Gillette (who took all the credit until he was exposed as a liar) did as unmasked Jason Voorhees. Being the very first Jason Voorhees as the killer meant a whole new world to him despite gaining a few injuries - concussion on back of his head, broken ribs and a sliced-open middle finger. Dash was offered to come back for Friday the 13th Part 3 but he turned it down due to commitments with a soap opera called Guiding Light (Kevin Bacon was a member of the show’s cast at the time). Had he not turn it down, he would’ve done all 11th (or less) Friday the 13th films like Robert Englund who was Freddy Krueger in all of the Nightmare on Elm Street films (including Freddy Vs Jason). Dash made a return to the Friday the 13th world in the fan film Friday the 13th: Vengeance as a Crystal Lake town sheriff and it’s a speaking role. After making F13: Vengeance, Steve Dash/The Real Jason Voorhees of F13 Part 2 passed away from complications of diabetes on 18th December 2018

really, really appreciated this reaction series! i binged your entire hannibal playlist within two days lol i loved how intensely you dissected every episode - even though i've seen the show 2-3 times now, there were still connections and details you picked up on on your first watch that took me a while to get. i know i'm a year late but thank you so much for sharing! (if, by any chance, you read comments to your older videos: i don't know if you've heard of it or if supernatural stuff is even in your wheelhouse but the new "interview with the vampire" show is really great. it's got those twisted but codependent character dynamics, unreliable narratives and, obviously, gothic horror (and romance). season 2 just finished so i don't know when it'll be available in physical form but season 1 has been out on bluray for a while and i'd really recommend it. :))

To understand the appeal of the un-hero type that Eastwood presented here, Clint Eastwood said it best when he said that Harry didn't give a damn about "the law"...what he cared about was justice, and that justice was served. Also, Harry, just like the killers he chased, also enjoyed hunting the most elusive "prey" there is, humans, the ultimate challenge, although he couldn't admit it to anyone for fear of sounding.........strange.

She actually didn't change the future. It just played out the way it supposed to. The movie only makes sense with determinism in mind. The language she learned lets her "perceive" time non-linearly but everything she does, including seeing the future is already fixed. Every "decision" made is already set in stone. Any other kind of view doesn't make any sense due to chaos theory and the butterfly effect. The slighest change in the past would result in a complete different future. If you could see a potential future and actually change any decision or action based on that, would immediately change the future completely. So you could never actually see the future because in this case there would be infinite possibilities.

Everyone gets upset for characters NOT running when they see someone like Jason or Michael Myers walk in."Fight or Flight" needs to be updated to Fight or fl8ght or fright". Sometimes I think some people are too afraid to run. Fear takes over, just like with that wife - who, by the way was also in Halloween 2018. She worked at the cemetery where the podcasters went.

But that was the joke of throwing the boxer in the water. In America, perhaps in the UK too, the racist stereotype is "black people can't swim." 😂😂😂 Jason being so old, from a backwards generation, probably thought "ah, easu kill, *****s can't swim." Note: that's not me talking. I'm just imagining what a racist Jason would say.

In the U.S. gradnight celebrations like this (here in Central and South Florida, middle schools and high schools usually go to Walt Disney World) typically (as it has usually been) take place before the actual graduation. It's more like a pre-celebration for all those EXPECTED to graduate. This girl was just missing an assignment. Or perhaps, sometimes people slip through the cracks missing assignments and still graduate. Particularly back before the digital age. I mean, there have been cases of judges or professors or other professionals which require diplomas and degrees having to go and take a high school night class or even college class because it turns out they were missing a credit somehow when they graduated. You have to remember, this was before the digital age.

I was waiting for this episode because it is one of my favorites (disturbing, I know) but also because I wanted to know if you'll catch the pig surrogate before they show it, like I did, or not like other people that I have seen react to it. When I realized it was not the first thought of people while watching the episode, I honestly felt a little insane, but I guess I'm not alone

That weird part where he met the girl is like extension of Tinder mixed with Star Trek transporter and the purpose is swinging. Basically, if you want random sex with a stranger, you enter transporter and whoever is also up for it can transport you to their home. Because it's a very low on inhibition society with just young people it makes sense. Girl said she was sad because her friend died so it also makes sense why she wanted some fun.

Indio is a morphin addict, the gun given to the man who's family were murdered was loaded with blanks, there is also clever religious symbolism, that may not seem to suite a violent Western, but again Leoni manages to get it to work. I also liked the fact that Colonel Mortimer had a different agenda (being older & wiser) from Eastwood,s as it turned out an impressive surprise.

One of the many things that are so great about Sergio Leoni films, is the introductions & character developments. He is NEVER afraid to take as much time as needed to show us the nature of the principle characters, these films were made in times when pacing wasnt hurried at break neck speed the way it is in today's film making, where nothing can ever wait, & nearlt everything is confusing, Leoni makes very long films but that are never boring (something VERY hard to do) he is the best story teller

Look, the movie has a very bad script (some thing are nice, others very well made and some are... well, bad) but i love this movie. Embrace the old zombie B-movie type of cheese of classics like Night of the Creeps and Braindead mix with Carpenter's The Fog and the really og RE1 and RE2 type of cheesy dialogue. I don't know, i hate it because the remakes are like blockbuster horror type of film but the original PS1 games are SO CHEESY! And i miss that, so yeah. Good writing? Not so much. Some good sets and makeup? Yeah. Bad CGI? Yep. And even with all those imperfections is better that all the Paul Anderson movies (except the first one, the 2002 film is great). So again, is a love/hate relationship i have with this, as a fan make me upset, but my love for old b-horror movies makes me love it, is my guilty pleasure and not gonna lie, i want a sequel, i think with more budget and better writing this can get a LOT better (like, nothing can be worse that The Final Chapter or de Netflix show). Pd: I love Jill in this movie, i like her new personality😂.
