Does this judge know that all of America is seeing him as a corrupt villain right now? Is this really worth it to him? He is showing the worst and most corrupt parts of our justice system and he doesn’t care .

😂 so the Judge was using the same tactics as law enforcement tell me the truth I want to hear and I'll let you go or be easy on you 😉 which we all know is a lie KEEP YOUR MOUTH CLOSED 😂

A judge this biased should be removed from the bench or at the very least be investigated.

As a former resident of Atlanta, Fulton County needs to clean the courthouse. It's an injustice to the justice system.

She did not say she was WORKING on another case. She said she called the lawyer in LA about a case she had worked on with him YEARS ago. Why did she call him? Because she knew he had a connection to Jackson - which she specifically mentions she was aware of. I don’t think her call was mere coincidence.

Hey Peter! Thanks for bringing us the highlights of this case. I also wish you would create some quick tidbits of the FSU ACC case. Many don't understand it. Some YT shorts would be super! Pretty please and GO Noles!

Didn't the judge interfere when making her statement then asking the prosecution what they thought when the prosecution already said he was fine with a testimony?

The judge made a bad decision. The judge should have denied the prosecutors request for the judge to speak to the witness.

Someone comments on a previous video, that they thought the prosecution tried to intimdate Karen into settling so that it wouldnt make it to trial. After hearing this family, kids, and fellow cop buddies, that seems very plausible to me. These people seem really stupid, and lean on their privilege of being cops and fsmily of cops..... its kind of pathetic

Just think about the jurors, being put through this,for $25.00 bucks a day- arriving and leaving being shuttled in from parking,taking up another hour per day.

I don’t think this trooper has a grasp of the English language, much less physics. He couldn’t pronounce words, couldn’t put together a sentence. Didn’t understand basic questions. It is shocking how dumb people are becoming. I hope he is embarrassed with himself and that this motivates him to learn how to perform his job and how to articulate.
@debidriscoll8108Сағат бұрын
I too like that she didnt come up with an opinion of the head would and left that to another expert. Her testimony was about the arm, not the head. The fact that the judge questions the Dr's credibility when she said she knows nothing about the dogs dna and prior bite history set me off big-time.

why couldn't defense locate the dog & get an impression of the bites ?

What are the odds that Sarah is happy in jail where she is? Maybe she knows when her case goes to trial and she loses, she’ll be taken to a much worse jail. Delaying her case keeps her where she is comfortable. Just sayin.

Also, given the stunts Lally has tried to get away with recently makes me even more frustrated that the prosecution is asking for the doctor to be excluded as a witness.

How can the prosecution and the judge say the defense experts are not allowed to testify? The 1st wittness has an extensive background in dog bites. The 2nd has testified for the prosecution and has extensive knowledge. I think the judge wants to cut the defense off at the knees. I do not like this judge at all.

Why the heck didn’t the FBI look at these 2 scientists evidence and findings to even see if the case should go to trial It would have saved 6 or 7 weeks of agony ,money,and finger pointing that will affect everyone for years So unecessary

The fact that the doctor has so much experience working in the ER, as a coroner, and as a police officer and seems more than qualified to give an opinion on both the dog bite and being hit by a car. This is ridiculous. Bev was really disingenuous regarding the doctor’s expertise and seemed to go out of her way to exclude as much as possible from all three witnesses.

Defense right from the start talked about the dog attack & they did not have any expert to testify ? Defense should get bite marks from a similar dog & show the comparison. But Judge B** will not allow that Expert said "High Degree of certainty" but Judge B** interrupted and said "Reasonable degree ". What a B*** !!

Question concerning the crash analysis; Trooper Paul testifies that John was holding a glass in his hand, which impacted the vehicle, shattering the glass, and denting and scratching the vehicle, yet there is no record of John having cuts from said glass on the palm side of his hand. Are we to believe that his palm is tougher than the body of a Lexus? I find it hard to believe that this mechanism of injury would not damage his palm.
@deborahcollins58192 сағат бұрын
I am all for the Dr to testify her opinion on the dog bite injuries…. However, is anyone else surprised that the defense did not have an expert already lined up? The issue with Chloe has been brought up so many times during trial I would have thought that would’ve been planned anyway.
