Does Axopar make/offer habor covers/canvas for the Sun Top like they did for the TTop?

So there is a Sunroof in the 29 'Hard Top', like that of the Axopar 37. This is a fold back canvas, on top of which there is a protective harbour cover which attaches via studs. For us in Australia the harbour cover is sacrificial to protect the sun roof Canvas from sun damage / excessive rain. The new system is much more substantial and offers sun or shade at the flick of a switch (If electric option selected). If you stop the video at 16 seconds, you can see the top harbour cover on the sun roof as well as the area that opens. I hope this helps. R

Nice boat. Shame you didn't fully show the crew cabin aft or the engine room, but over all a fairly good review. Oh and stats are a must really, class rating, range, dimensions, tonnage, fuel capacity and consumption etc. always good to include.

probably a stupid question but could an axopar ever be configured for fishing? Like adding in a 40-50 gallon live well?

The 37 has a live well option, where they install a transparent, branded plexi glass to the side of the fender locker and add pumps. Unsure whether this will be available in 29 as yet, however it would be a fairly straight foward aftermarket install. R

Wow. Great trip but it’s really changed my opinion of this boat. I expected landing MUCH softer without banging and thought it would be much quieter in cab. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Wish I was with you though!

i think the 25 hull is behaving (relatively) better in rough sea that the bigger axopar hulls (29-37)

What an absolute stunner! Lobe the cross top set up with the windscreen that way....three dining spaces...one for entre, main and dessert perhaps :) The cabin spaces are so clever Axopar really make every inch count, just brilliant. Thanks for a great walkthrough Joe !!!

Very nice boat but we don't see as much because the cameraman is focused on Mr Pardo. Now if it was a drop-dead gorgeous Mrs Pardo that's feasible but I really just want to see the boat. Remember Mr Pardo we listen with our EARS, not our EYES.

Beautiful looking boat. Great ideas. However, at sea, this will be a very "wet" boat. There is nothing in the hull/ bow design that makes sense for a Expedition yacht. Any waves will wash all over the bow. She might be economical & run faster with this design, but its not going to be a dry ride in any reasonable sea.

Pardo are actually very well known for their hull design and the reverse bow is angled to cut through waves. You may not be crossing oceans in a vessel like this but you could certainly comfortably make passage off the coast of countries like Australia and New Zealand which have very challenging conditions.

Very nice tour of a beautiful boat. I do have a complaint though. Seeing as this is a long range cruiser, I would have loved to find out how long. And how fast.

I tried to download the boat, but all I got was the brochure. Says it goes 1000 miles with 2400 litres of fuel, top speed 25 knots/cruise 12.

Hi, Thanks for your comment. The range in full displacement mode at 8 knots with the standard IPS700 engines is approx. 1,000NM

In Australia we say sail for sailing boats and drive for speed boats. I believe it is different around the world.
