This is my new favorite deck (it hit home for what will become apparent) so I wanna infodump the inspirations and clear up some misconceptions. Stauhirhaja is based on Siddhartha, the Buddha, and founder of Buddhism, and is male. The first Scripture Order is the Principle of All Sufferings, and is based on the 4 Noble Truths of Buddhism. These truths are that suffering exists, all sufferings stem from desire, to end suffering we must detach ourselves from Earthly desires, and that we detach ourselves by following the Eightfold Path. The order reduces the opponent's power by 3k and reduces their Drive by 1, as reducing your desires will quell your ambitions, or your drive, and you will become more peaceful. The second Scripture Order is the Principle of Non-Selfness, and is based on the teaching of no-self. The no-self principle is that there is no definitive certain identity that exists inside you, or anything else for that matter. It is closely tied to the truth of Infinite Impermanence, that nothing will exist tomorrow as it does today, even if it seems unchanged at first glance. We are the same way, we change day to day, and the version of you that existed yesterday no longer exists. The Order demonstrates this by calling(remembering) a unit from the Drop(the past), and then observing how they are no longer the same as they were remembered to be, as their skill has changed. Staurhirhaja and his followers do not worship any Gods and they do not punish non-believers. Their sole mission is to show and demonstrate the 4 Noble Truths and ease the sufferings of those on Cray by teaching them the Eightfold Path.

Fun fact: Lascarias skill says, "at then end of the battle (your unit) was attacked and was not hit, if you played a blitz order, draw a card and CC1". Doesn't have to be the VG, which means you can also guard your rears and still draw a CC1

I would still run 1 or 2 extra of the rideline G1 because the new G1 doesn’t stack its only when on Middle backrow RC but if only it was just Backrow RC

Everyone kept saying Mythiarq needed a Maple to solve the 5 rearguard requirement problem when riding. They didn't just give it a Maple they gave it a Maple that eats Vibranium Steroids for breakfast on a regular basis. Needless to say, THIS is how you fix an archetype. Just a small correction it is a 5 attack deck with Persona Ride looping.

@@immortal_blank Personal take: I plain hate Rancor + Friendship Fairy in the ride deck. You still have all the problems that running Rancor in a non-Order centric deck brings, either you run a high Order count and constantly brick on them, or you constantly whiff the Rancor and waste a soulblast to get no value whatsoever. While Friendship Fairy in ride deck sounds like a good idea it means your turn 2 gives you zero value either and instead of being reliant on drawing the Fairy you're instead reliant on finding something that can soulblast and get it back so you're not any less piece reliant than you were before, not to mention if you have to go first it is 100% completely dead. The new Magnolia line simply gives more value without bricking the deck allowing to be streamlined considerably without clunky awkward exta steps like the current direction of Rancor + Fairy does. I'd much rather run 2 or 3 Fairys and aim to find them, which isn't even that hard, than to continue stuggling with bad ride deck problems of current builds.

@@elin111 I totally get your reasoning for the rideline, hell I'm going to use it for MagMasq if I ever go back to that deck. However my personal preference is I despise FF in the main deck, cause once you use her ability thats it shes a dead card. So I dont want to waste any space on a card for going specially second because its locked to your opponent needing to be on grade 3. If you find G4 before her, you just normal ride into your 4 as normal anyways. At least when divinez comes out theres at least 7 cards I can think of that soul blast FF and calls it. So I'm a little more okay with having my g2 turn doing absolutely nothing if it means my main deck can support me late game, and if needed my fairy is always there. Honestly with the g1 & g2 retrain what the deck needed the most was a g3 retrain. Cause essentially Normal Mag in todays meta is a vanilla vanguard with no effect

I would argue the “scariest” effect is the guard restriction with crit, since the “lose all effects” part I feel can be easily prepared for. Deck is pretty strong tho haha.
