When will calendar view be available in Windows? From your features list it looks like it's available only for Mac and Android.

How can you make it make a sound, an audible alert so that you look at your phone to read the reminder? If there is no such alert I will most often not see the reminder in that I do not look at my phone continually. Any ideas on how to set it to make a sound for the reminder?

Unfortunately I'm obviously the only one who doesn't make much of this video because I don't even see (know) where to tap to do things. For example, I just can't figure out how to pull tasks around and/or create folders out of tasks. The app is obviously not so simple as stated and you need quite amount of time to adopt to it. It's true that I'm trying to use it for really short time, but for me, as visually impared, it's not that intuitive interface at all. So, where exactly to tap to move tasks around and create folder out of tasks? I've tried standard icon for moving things around (4 arrows pointing into 4 directions) but it does nothing. I'm actually constantly wondering why developers don't put some, at least minimal accessibility into their apps. Is this really so hard to put some work into this too?

How to view Today task and events in Windows app ?

Is there a way to make daily tasks that reset at certain times? For instance if I need to take medicine every 12 hours it will tell me to take my medicine, but if I miss one I will not be told to take my medicine 2 times? I would like to use this to help someone I know, but the other check off lists out there confused them and they almost took too much medicine, which is dangerous. For the most part 2 things would be useful. - A task which will reset after a certain period after checked. - A task that will reset at a certain time every day or day of the week or every x days.

I found the video incomprehensible. I couldn't understand the accent, I'm afraid, so I turned on close captions only find subtitles like "synchronization with the Vichy" but since WWII ended decades ago, that doesn't really help. And so much information is presented with ZERO background that it's a bit like hearing, "With version 5 you can bloobleblack!" (I made that term up as an example) but since there is little to no explanation of what "boobleblack" is or what it's for, I'm left with nothing but confusion.

I'm missing a lot here. For instance, the video is all excited about doing "Task Review" but doesn't tell us what "Task Review" actually is.

Be warned, there has been zero update on this, they're still missing the majority of help videos, zero support etc.

I have tried multiple tools like Wunderlist , ToDoIst etc. but nothing comes even close to MLO. It is an excellent product. However, I didn't like the look and feel of v5 on Windows 10 and rolled back to older version. Maybe it is just me; 5 out of 5 anyhow for MLO.

Signed up and started using v5 pro. This is very powerful. Finally, I have a tool that manages the complexity of my work and personal life. The unlimited sub-tasks is the killer feature.

So Markdown is a coding language we have to learn in order to format our notes???? Just include a Text Editor with icons for Title, Bold, Underline, Bullets, etc. I'm not interested in becoming a coder just to do simple formatting.

I'm a new free trial user for MLO.v4, and after 45 days of trying, i decided to get a paid license.But i want to know that if there will be some extra fee for MLO.v4 to MLO.v5?

Please add the ability to sync "Views" between the mobile and desktop apps. It would improve the user experience by making switching between platforms more seamless. If anything, people expect such things to sync in an app that features "cloud sync" in 2018, and it's confusing that they do not sync. In modern multi-platform apps, the UI may differ substantially between the mobile and desktop apps, but the data organization structures are almost always identical and usually sync to the cloud just like task and project data. It's a real letdown to have to manually maintain a separate version of the same "View" on desktop and mobile. It'll likely result in confusing situations where you've changed a view on one platform, but you've forgotten to manually make the equivalent change to the corresponding view on the other platform. You'll be left puzzled as to why the same view shows a different set of tasks on mobile vs desktop, and you may even erroneously assume it's a sync error. I'm currently doing a free trial, and MLO is otherwise the project management app most suited to my needs, but this may ultimately force me to look into other options. The lack of sync here just feels incredibly dated and inconvenient. Being that there's no web app and "Cloud Sync" is being sold as a separate subscription in addition the the individual price tag of each individual app, the least MLO could do is offer the type of sync that users have come to expect. I'm very disappointed about this, but I hope that a modern sync feature for "Views" and all other shared settings will be added in v5, so I'm not forced to look elsewhere.
