Mine bullets are not getting collide and its not showing the spark after collide its just disapper. Can Any One Help!!

Check that the other objects in the scene have collision turned on and are either using "use complex as simple" turned on or you have gone into the assets and generated simple collisions for them.

Hey there! For the Height to Density, you can use a native node instead of BP node, Copy Attributes, copying $Position.Z (the height) into $Density. As for the chain with Density Filter afterwards, you can bundle those two nodes into an Attribute Filter on $Position.Z, and you can either use the height as a parameter, or have a constant threshold :) Other than that, good content!

I'm having some issue with this. My Player character is walking ontop of the grass (like his foot stops above the grass) as if there was a collision box or something. I went to the actual static mesh and removed collision boxes and saved. BUT I still have my character bouncing up/down from the ground floor and the added Flowers/grass meshes. How can I fix this?

Hey! You will need to turn off collision on the PCG asset itself. It might be the main PCG asset or one of the assets nested under the main asset, I forgot, but you need to turn off collisions on that. Hope that helps

@@azielarts Thanks for the fast reply! I'm actually reading each of your PCG guides now as well. I looked into it and found the it in the Static Mesh Spawner. Turned off Specific grass I was using, and left Rocks/Trees turned on and it solved everything.

Finally I found your tutorial for making Laser-Shots,! Thx for that!! 🙂👍🏻 I'm very new in UE5 but I come from Blender and want to make an animated Starwars movie. In Blender I was very far with the worldbuilding. It looked almost realistic. But I decided to learn Unreal, because of rendertimes and having more options. My Question: as far as I see it, that are just sprites. But I need geometry with an emissive material, cause my movie takes almost place close or over a lake watersurface. So the shots have to be mirrored in the water. With sprites that is not able I guess? - So, how to do this?

Will we learn how to also have the map/cave systems completely procedurally generate. Or is it currently just the little rocks and stuff inside the already made/sculpted cave? Cause i would love to have random caves made, and it says on the page, endless caves. So just wanted to check and make sure that was correct. The top of the page has "⏱️20% Off Ending Soon" and also down below that is the big yellow button to buy that says " Get Instant Access (20% off) 👉" However when I press it, it doesn't seem to apply the discount on the actual checkout page, or add the character 😔

How's it going! Thanks so much for the question. So currently I have not found a way to procedurally model the cave walls, so the masterclass covers how to quickly generate the cave shape duplicating a string of simple shapes like cubes and spheres as starting meshes. Then all the rocks, crystals, and foliage are fully procedural. Unfortunately, the discount period has ended, but I do run discounts from time to time around holidays.

Looks good but I refuse to purchase subscription services, if I can't get Dash in UE Marketplace where I know I'll permanently have access to it I'll pass. UE 5.4 PCG Biomes basically do the same Great Vid though!

I tried it and it worked but anytime I try to exclude areas with a spline, it completely ignores my bounds modifier, surface sampler amd density filter setting and just spawns the meshes everywhere rather than having it according to my filters

if you are creating constraints and doing alot of animation then spawning may cause alot of Crashes

I found its a version difference, I can use "get landscape data" instead of "In" node in UE5.4.2, thats so confusing, but its not on you tho. Now I can follow your course, that's so great! PCG is wonderful! Thanks for you free tutorial, straight and accurate, eazy to catch up. Thank you again! And I have coding background, so I thought these Nodes basicly equals Classes in Programming language, and I tried to find documentation on Google about these Nodes, so I can tell which are the Classes, Methods or Implements, that will help to understand better, but I get nothing there. even in UE official forum. I'm not sure if I searched correctly. Can you do a tutorial explaining thoese Nodes all about film making? There are only 2 playlists about these but they are more focusing on Game Dev, Thanks for all your tutorial again.

Hey Nathan, thanks so much l, I am glad you are getting a lot out of the tutorials.I don't currently have a tutorial on all the nodes there are probably hundreds. But, you are right alot of the math and logic is based in C++. However, in PCG, there are lot of custom nodes and it is more about filtering data. You can think of each node like a function. I'm having trouble with a drastic FPS drop whenever I add trees. I'm using the European Beech pack and they stated in the description that all trees are optimised with LODs etc. but I have no idea if I'm forgetting a few settings to make it all go smoother
