So, I was at this concert. Saw this video a few days after and realized I was in it. I even made the thumbnail in this and your encore vid. I'm the guy with the spikey brown hair front and center of the thumbnail. 😂😂

Unfortunately, as a life-long Kansas fanatic I have to say this is the saddest performance I've ever seen by Kansas. Too fast, Phil's drumming was not even close to what he was like. My God! If you don't want to do the music justice, stay home. Some of the greatest music I've heard over the years. But this is pathetic. I know I'm pissing people off, but as a musician who's played Kansas music for years, this missed the musicianship mark by miles. Disappointed!

I respect all musicians but I just can’t see this group of peeps as Kansas. It’s almost as bad as Steve Howe calling his group of fellas YES. I saw them in 77 and that’s how I’ll always remember them.

Anyone remember Blender Magazine? They had an issue back in the early 2000's before they went belly up that had an editorial called something like The Worst Bands of All Time. Kansas was one of those bands listed. They wrote that among the turn off's from Kansas was, at their live shows, they had someone come out on stage named "T-Rat" who danced naked after taking off their trench coat Sounds made up to me but they printed it. Google search words Kansas blender worst band 2004, and scroll down to the number 6 of 50. I'm glad they went belly up, btw. Love Kansas, even if this is true, tho I am sure it's not(?).

As always, amazing!! Wish they would add more from that era of the band to the 50th anniversary tour set list this year. Power,In The Spirit Of Things,Freaks Of Nature albums don't get played enough.

Pretty impressive, though I do prefer John Elefante vocals. Kansas is a criminally under-rated group despite having many great songs. It is like poetry put to music.

What a great song for Kansas to perform live with. They sound like their back in 1984 when the song released. This just proves that age is just a number. I have to go see Kansas live.

I really love to hear this song live with the new band setup. Now give me some famous songs from MONOLITH - especially On the Other Side, Reason to be - and - A glimpse of hope A live album with the songs rarely played from Monolith to Drastic Measures would be my chrismas gift of choice.

This song was recorded in the studio and it’s simply it’s not possible to do it justice by playing it live. I did see KANSAS many times as a young man in the mid-70s and they did have an energy that made up for the difficulty playing a lot of their music live. I don’t recognize that energy in the current lineup, but I am happy that they are giving it a great effort and in effect keeping the music alive.
