Yes for now. They have been court ordered to leave by end of September 2024 though after a falling out with the company that owns the dock.

Not just yet. The plan is to move it to Brownsville, TX later this month or sometime in June for scrapping.

Those semis look as though they’re just sitting there! Kingpin looks as though it’s hooked into the plate on the carriage but I can’t see any lashings on the rear?

Depends on the direction and traffic. Passenger trains are generally short and fast relative to freight, so it's better to just let them pass.

Most rail cars have structure over the top of the trucks as part of the car. These don't need any of that so it is a different look one in motion at about the same level and speed by chance.

I’m used to seeing Kangourou wagons where the truck trailer is lower down in the wagon. I’d have thought this type was less stable.
