I’ve tried this multiple times but continue to get steaks somehow. They won’t wash off. So it seems they are in the inside and I can’t figure it out. I squeegee the excess out. Make sure the initial process has a clean surface and still get smudging? Any ideas?

EDIT: DID NOT WORK. Glue everywhere. On the rear window-- bottom edge it peeled/delaminated. Unable to get to and clean--looks trashy and janky. My daughter will not drive her car anymore (2018 Camry SE) because she can't see out of the back window and NOBODY will touch the tint--not even installers. Not a fan of tint anymore.

I like to install tint in a vacuum so there's no risk of any lint or other contaminants. I also cut the edges with a laser beam for precision! When I hum just the right note the liner peels itself off! The film I use is the same kind they use on space shuttle windshields. 😂😂 Everyone thinks they're an expert! But I am the greatest residential window tint installer in all the land!! 😂😂

Worked! I used window cleaner with ammonia. Also need a razor blade/ scraper to get under the layer of glue then it all pulled right off, so nice! 😎👍🏻

I just removed my tint by doing the trashbag method. Works like a charm. A bit difficulty getting to the windshield tint, but still worked. I saved over 100 bucks by doing it this way. Thank you

If i want to do my front windshield i should just use the whole sheet of will that not be enough

That's pretty dope! Last year I used the heat gun method and that worked pretty good except I couldn't get it to come off in one piece like you did here. Well, its that time again and the tint's gotta come off. I'm gonna try this. Thank you!
