Broke the bank that night treated my family to The Diamond Club party of 10. A dream game and night out. Had no grandchildren, now have 7. I just showed them the first inning. Thank you Matt K. For making it happen.

I remember Gary Thorne’s biased commentary vividly from 1995. Was glad Musberger took over the rest of the series

Freaking Jeter. Just watched this on Yankee classics. Jeter still brings a tear to my eye. Jeter to me was like Mickey to my dad and Joe D to my grandfather. Grandpa even caught the tail end of Babe and Lou. Now my kids have Judge. I don’t think any team in any sport has had a legend for every generation like the Yankees. It’s June 16,2024. Yankees/Sox game starting as I type. Let’s go Yankees!!! Edit: Judge just hit his 26the home run.

Worthless comeback Red Sox were awful that year it was nothing special and Yankees got swept by the Tigers in the ALCS that year and still no World Series since 2009 lol.
@JayredwaveFJB5 күн бұрын
Who cares The only thing that matters how the Yankees blew a 3 game to 0 lead in ALCS to lose 4 straight. On game in the reg season isn’t historic 😂😂🤣

Agreed guess you got feel good about something after not winning a World Series since 2009 lol Yankee fans are so annoying.

The 2024 Yankees couldn't do that. If judge Soto volpe isn't hitting than there isn't any scoring. Rizzo, Torres, DJ ,Stanton, wells/Trevino & Cabrera aren't going to get runs in. So I appreciate that 2012 team more

The hiring process for Umpires should include a thorough Eye and Head exams otherwise 3 Blind Mice should always be played without the Umpires able to shut it down.

I'VE BEEN LOOKING FOR THIS FOR TWENTY-FOUR YEARS! THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH! This is one of the craziest things I've ever seen my Tigers do, along with scoring 17 on the Twins in 2021 WITHOUT HITTING A SINGLE HOME RUN.

Garret Anderson does NOT get talked about enough among the all-time best Angels players. As dependable and pesky as they come at the plate, and a key cog to the 2002 championship team as their leadoff table-setter.

I'll never forget this day. When Boston made it 9-0 I went outside to do yard work and mow. My son comes out on the patio yelling to me over the sound of the mower. He yells Texeria just hit a 2 run double. The Yanks are lighting them up. I came inside to a 12-9 game and pretty much missed it all. SMH. At that moment Yogi Berras famous "It ain't over til it's over" came to mind. Shame on me for walking away.
