Yes, the Bears are definitely suffering from bad frames. I have to charge up their moves just to have plus frames UNLIKE a lot of the cast! #BuffBears #BuffPanda

In my months of playing Jack ( as a gigas main for tekken 7 since vanila ) I'd say i am now getting the gist of making Jack 8 like Gigas however Jack struggles to be offensive unlike Gigas

bears need db2 and hbs1,2 from tekken 7 back but namco doesnt want bears to have good lows. Bears dont have a relatively save way to convert chip damage in real damage and closing of a round is very hard with the lows they got. The hbs grab buff is kinda useless in very high rank play since the grab is reactable.

From gigas to bears and Jack we are all the same lol I agree with the chageable d,b1 2 its a shame tbh I would love that d,f1 2 to be safe at -9. I hate to play agains mishimas for example or other Chars with a good 10/11 F punish. I mean okay it is ch conf for about 55dmg but if we think back at ganryu with his mid mid mid String to Wallspalt to Million damage and not even ch conf or Claudio with his d,f3 1 hit conf to wallsplat. The bears have really scary dmg but come on we need at least Something to apply it. Or to set Up thinks. I have a friend. He is rageing my kuma all the f***ing becouse kf the DMG haha i mean i can do shit if you SS me or all the Setups i need to apply it to at least get some traps haha and tadda he knows the marchup now. I am having a really hard time agains him. The best low the bears have is the Salomon hunter haha and it means a lot THAT THIS LOW is the best haha really sad :s

So the sweep is guaranteed if they tech? Yup stolen and stolen. Btw if you hit a full charge sweep near that blast wall he has a touch of death combo for 185. Full charge sweep into medium charge sweep at a blast wall is 109 at the start of the combo.

The shooting star buff and the sit low buff combined with the bear stance grab buff make her better for sure! It just feels like this should've been Panda since day 1, but hey... At least we got the changes now! Is this enough though? Absolutely not, if you wanna know my opinions about things that should get buffed let me know! I could probably record a video talking about my opinion and ideas to make Panda better

Would love to hear that, also would like your opinion on Kuma vs Panda. Imo for bears db2 needs to be either safer -13 tops or if they want it to stay -15 give it something on ch at least. Same for HBS 2. 2,1 needs either more +frames on hit or 1,2 should be nc.

the launch doesn’t seem right, I think the back input doesn’t come out because of how long he was stunned during the armor. the “punish” indicator on the bottom left doesn’t light up too

So as a King main heres what i gotta say. I understand the frustration with armor moves, but we dont have the pressure that other characters have. Yall can keep pressing for days. Design wise, i prefer T7 king over T8 because there was more variety in playstyle. In T8, everyone plays king the same, and it sucks.

I see what you mean, but don't you have db1+2 to absorb attacks and punish back... Matter facts even launch attacks? That move is very similar to Gigas's d3+4 that stance was extremely good vs offense

@GigasThiccas yes that's definitely stolen from Gigas, but not a lot of utility, and the follow-up is a throw. It doesn't launch, but you can go into heat. I don't think I've seen anyone use it consistently and hit the follow-up. Like I said, the design of T8 has made the game super aggressive, and there's many games like your match where even a power crush isn't enough to get out of pressure. I hear complaints from my friends too about it when we play because I power crush when they have chipped 1/4 of my health, just by pressure and I want my turn back.

yes, you do have pressure, king is always on the offense because every attack is +frames as well as having perfect tools for every scenario. you have jaguar sprint, a 16 frame smash that does more dmg then most, (and reads the same as any other characters), a plethora of armour moves / unlimited get out of jail free cards, constant okizemi 50/50's that lead into untechable, tracking grabs. my buddy mains king, i main kaz. we are fairly equal in that matchup. i mirror matched king with him and won 3/3. downplaying king is the weakest shit bro dont even try

@paths7969 dude you know frame data is in the game right? So you know that's not true. Jaguar sprint? Where he points and runs at you? That slow as move? Heat smash with the most damage for a reason cause you don't get shit from kings heat. Kaz starts shooting lasers in heat with other bullshit so you should be the last person complaining. I'm not downplaying anything. King has many strengths but has glaring weaknesses. Bruh what pressure are you falling prey to?

@@Jfourjoe 50/50 low/high grabs, free sprint (50/50) out of heat, most damaging smash in the game (64dmg at 17f), parry, hit confirm low kick combo for 30+dmg idr, his jaguar sprint double grab is untechable, several get out of jail back kicks when at backturn (supposedly a disadvantage after getting hit by a combo). he just has a) too much pressure potential and b) too many overly good tools. i would understand if his tools where subpar but he had a lot of them, king just has the best tool for every scenario
