Hello, May I ask the name of the backsplash in the kitchen and island countertop both are so very pretty…my builder Lombardo doesn’t have cabinet color pepper dust 😢

MI Homes here in TN said the only ‘options’ we can choose are from THEIR “preselected“ packages…. Sounds different where you are and that you could choose whatever you wanted to get

I just had mines a couple weeks ago. Spent $24,000. I kept pretty much everything standard. Most of my limit came from changing all the lights in the house to recessed lighting and I added 2 Ethernet port too all the rooms.

This was great info. My design center appointment is next month. With my builder, the center already advised me I can’t go over $12000, because it’s the difference between my approval amount and the price of the home. They require 2 four appointments. One for the initial options and the second to finalize the choices.
