Just last night I was reading accounts of nurses who were with their patients in their dying moments. Some had peaceful deaths but others exactly as Mr. Spurgeon's depiction: screaming, moaning, writhing. Some of the nurses said they would never forget what they saw. We can only imagine what these people experienced. 😢
