@@hot.bread1 я родилась в Туркмении и там пекли чорек в тандыре. Хлеб даже на стол ложите правильно, не переворачивали. Старики говорили, что плохая примета. Никогда не надо торопиться при готовке хлеба.

Brother! Thanks for your video. But just a little enlightment. It's Sangak , not Sengak. Sang means Stone in Farsi. I think you are from Turkey or Azarbayjan. It's likely the same. We don't have Azer... . It's Azar that means Fire. So, basically Azerbayjan has no meaning. The correct word is Azarbayjan.
