Metaverse is a horrible concept for those of us making a living from real estate. It's a big threat to the industry coupled with the over liberal way people have been conditioned in the last decade. Let's not endorse a system that puts people in tiny 50 sqft homes so they can live on the internet in a virtual reality. Sounds right in line with Chop/Chaz, legalizing drugs, paying off debt for folks who don't make an effort to pay it themselves, etc. Also, its true the parent company/pioneer of all this suppresses the truth too often and it always hurts the contributors and favors the selfish.. Believe me when I say that the selfish hand out prone folks are not the ones buying/selling homes. They are instead the same folks who feel its viable to live in a 50 sqft home and count on the Metaverse. They also feel that 50 sqft home should be paid for by their government, AKA us working class!

I was almost going to call her to list my home on the heals of a referral and the second I saw that she's an advocate of this Metaverse crap I decided against enlisting her.

You must of come here from the same post posted just now. I also was thinking about hiring the Fraser team and cannot offer my business to an organization that is a buddying up to communistic ideologies like Facebook and Metaverses. She must not understand what's happened to Seattle and the role these "revolutionaries" have played. News flashes "People whom have worked hard to accrue wealth and real estate are adversaries against all this."

@@xiapong6277 Well said. How ignorant it is that someone local would align themselves this way is beyond me. Likely another part timer or trust fund kid living off handouts that ironically us homeowners are paying for if its not coming from their privileged families. It's no different from supporting a mortgage broker who supports cutting property tax deductions or an insurance broker who encourages the system to withdrawal credit history as a variable in determining premiums. I support businesses that are wise enough to recognize unintended consequences.
