I don't know look on the website

Honestly bro I hardly use them anymore the quality is bad and there are allot of technical issues on their site. I use other methods now. It's good to start off with. Last thing I want to do is solve their customer's technical problems. Contact their support they won't be any help.

@coreyindahouse- Yeah record at the same time you stream on stream labs. Use a desktop AI software to clip your clips or use capcut to cut up your clips just write down the time ilof your stream so you know like 3 hours in or whatever and then upload to streamlabs clipper to make into a short. Record at 10000 bitrate. Everything for me is grand but I keep having issues with a pixilated camera on stream. I can't figure out what's causing it.

@slimreaper69 This is a little unclear is your playstation connected via LAN or not? If so are you using the same cable as your brothers at a differant time to when his is connected? Or are you both playing at same time? Also do you have some kind of splitter or switch in-between the router and playstation for both ps5s or are you just both using a differant ethernet port from the main router? Try just using the router for both ps5s and change the port your ps5 is using pin the switch or router. If this dosnt work then reset your router. Try using WIFI instead if needed. Also try reset your ps5 network settings. Simply turning everything on and off may work too. Sometimes routers IPs need reconfiguring because they can or are in conflict with another device. Also check if you can even run two playstations from same network or router. You may need a second router the router may not be able to handle two playstations.

Try unplugging everything from the bavk and from power for 1min. Then plug back in and try reset and do what I show in video. That might work.

PS5 Doesnt support IPV6 make sure your router or modem is running IPV4. Might be the case. There are many things it could be even things I didn't cover in this video. Good luck.

@SophieW-e2s I only play Normal mode. Normal mode is 100 real players with minimal bots. Casual is tpp only and is either solo or squad. Casual mode is max 12 real players and the rest are bots, every time.

They are two differant accounts but I'm not sure if you change from playstation first. I changed my name from Activision first then I changed my PSN.

Also your account should stay linked unless you unlink it. I don't recall having to relink it. I did change on activision first though.

Login to your Activision account and see if it changed it. If it didn't then change in your Activision account. Also see if your playstation is still linked.

If you watched the video you'll see that I revealed what it was and how I used it for most of the game.
