Yes, TikTok is most likely to be banned in the United States and it is something that SHOULD happen unless the company is sold. TikTok is a China based company that spies and gathers data through its users. That is something that is well known and there is no way the United States is going to allow one of its TWO main enemies (Russia and China are enemies of the United States. They would destroy America if they could) to gather all sorts of data on its citizens. This is an issue with all apps, but the FACT that China is a very underhanded country and loves to spy on everyone is what is pushing the United States Congress to act. In America, Republicans and Democrats can barely agree on anything, so for them to agree on this says a lot. By the way, the ban will not go into full effect for about a year after Biden signs it. If the company is not sold then the ban will take place. If the company is sold the ban will not take place. Either way, the decision is up to Byte Dance, the owner of TikTok. They are very closely aligned with the Chinese government and that is what is causing countries around the world to be concerned. So, people that use TikTok for a living, or even just entertainment, better start looking for other apps to continue or enhance their business. It is a tough deal for lovers of TikTok.

the problem with ai is that it doesn't train with your own design of painting it will instead borrow from other artists' styles even if you have the idea behind the painting for me this is frustrating because it feels like i'm not a true artist i believe this may have negative effects on your career in the long term i prefer if i'm going to use ai for something it should be to mimic my painting style and create 3d models this approach resonates better with my sense of creativity

How TF is he not getting strikes for this? I used a tiny clip of a review video as b-roll just to show a product and got a 1 day suspension just for that. TikTok said the video has to be recorded live and/or be new, original content. This is far more egregious as none of his video is new/original
