I just joined the blown-out driveshaft club at 46k on a Scatpack... $1800 for a new one and that includes the labor. Apparently, I had been driving on a bad driveshaft for longer than that I though too. Dealer said it was definitely in a bad state and not a recent occurrence. Car seemed to be driving fine. I took it in after hearing the noise. Definitely drove better after the new one was put on.

Was that mph cause if it was damn tire bark at 70 is impressive!

My 2013 RT 60,000 miles has the same issue. No need to replace the Driveshaft. Just buy the Center Support Bearing online $70. Take the Driveshaft Assy off. Cut the rubber to remove the Housing off. Use a Bearing Puller $10. Can Tump the new bearing on using the Driveshaft or a Pipe and Hammer.

That's not an exhaust leak buddy. Thats a lifter.

You can get the center support bearing for 125-200$ online. No need to replace the whole driveshaft to get one unless you damaged the driveshaft too

Same here 1808 for a new drive shaft. Thought it was a tire rod end. No sir much bigger problem. Dodge should be sued for the drive shaft. You will notice when it gets bad.

So overall would you say the front brace was worth it? I’m looking at the double Pettys brace myself. But only interested in it for performance

I have a hemi 5.7 shaker manual with non mds lifters it sounds like your 2nd hemi clip at idle but I also hear a rpm matching tick when driving from the cab with the windows up and everything. I’m not sure if It’s the injector noise that I can just hear more of because it’s a shaker or if it’s a lifter starting to fail.

what if i have flowmaster catback exhaust already on my 2014 rt, i have 6.1 headers do i need to buy anything

just got some headers from a 6.1 srt8 2009 im installing them on my 2014 charger rt i already have an aftermarket flowmaster catback exhuast so when i get headers put on the 02 censors from exhusst connect to headers?

my best time is 6.0 seconds. I know I can do better. I need better tires! the factory time is 5.1 seconds I believe. but I assume that is tested pretty much under laboratory conditions lol
