Je ne suis pas compétitif mais je prends beaucoup de plaisir à chaque séance de CrossFit. Mon gros problème c’est le sommeil. J’ai du mal à dormir plus de 6 heures 🙂

Hello, Aujourd'hui la majorité des composants sont fabriqués en Asie. Il n'existe pas de marque de composants 100% fabriqués en France, ou dans un autre pays avec des lois du travail plus éthiques. Certaines marques font cependant fabriquer leurs cadres dans ces pays, mais il s'agit de marques plutot haut de gamme
