Uaauu! What a nice ritual for art painting! I love candles and use them often, for relaxing, ambience ,prayers etc. But never thought for when doing a moment of art! love the idea 💖 and it gives as you say, a sense of how long time one has achieved painting and creating art 🖌️🤗 Greetings from Portugal 🙏

The viviva sketchbook is HORRIBLE! I hated it, the paper peeled no matter what I did and it doesn't hold water well. I have no idea what they did to the paper, but it's awful imo. I'm gonna try the bee watercolor journal. You could probably use the viviva for swatches or just testing color mixes.

As a person who Adores the color blue 💙💙💙 I do feel as a sea themed palette it need some kind of turquoise or at least buff titanium for mixing. Gorgeous piece btw 😍

Spreading out my posts was really a game changer for me when it came to social media, and then I got way overwhelmed and deleted them 😅 but these are some great tips espacially with limited printing, if I'm ever to focus on an art career I'll definitely will reference your video 🌺

Beautiful palette. You did a good job painting with only blues. I would love to try Shminke watercolors but not sure what colors to get. I want them smooth and silky not granulating.

Gorgeous piece! The turtle came up beautiful. As for the palette, even for a palette that is just blues, I find the color selection a bit boring for my taste, I miss a good turquoise or turquoise-leaning blue and they could’ve included some kind of specialty color, like the blues on the supergranulation range. But that is just my opinion, otherwise the paints look very nice to work with

I would like to do commissions. I’m medium for animals is pastels. I have my business cards ready. I have somewhere to advertise my work. All I need to do is farm two pieces and take that leap of faith. I can still work my day job which is only school hours and take on commissions but just haven’t yet. 🤨

I did not like the Vivia sketchbook at all. I use an arches pad cut in half and spiral bound at the FedEx store (using the cover as the front and back cover) high quality paper for less $.

Thank you so much! I was looking at the Viviva one today. What a coincidence. In the end I decided not to get it because I thought it was handmade paper and I’m just starting out. But after seeing your video I doubt I wil get it if ever I’m more advanced.
