The current best way repeat the quest easily is to travel to Commonwealth and sleep two days, then turn back at Nuka World and speak with some raider at the entrance and the quest would pop out. Bye guys🤙

To easily trigger the quest, fast travel to the commonwealth (I usually didn’t use the nuka express) then spend a little time in the commonwealth and maybe do one of the raider gangs boss quests and then after about one quest later, fast travel back to nuka world (again, usually without nuka express) and then when you get there the quest will start like 75% of the time

This isnt even relatively the most powerful gun in the game. Try a never ending laser rifle (full auto) with the one dudes treasure modifier or whatever

Not sure if this is true, but if you are listening to the radio or anything that causes the natural world music to not play, I don't this this method will trigger it. It started working for me after I turned the radio off.
