Why can't they look like this anymore, genuinely the design looks awesome with modern graphics. Haven't liked the elites since halo 2.

Damn this is really well made and pretty good looking the models are insane and true to the original style, but at the same time gives a more realistic touch that doesn’t look that “video-gamey” , Also the gore scenes are gorgeous . And for here’s some constructive criticism, I think that some actions need to be more “heavy” in terms of physics. For example, the first scene where the elite’s skull is crushed is well achieved, but some other actions don’t feel as heavy and powerful. Some elites have bulky movements and actions which give them the sensation of being clumsy and slow (which could have worked better on brutes), and the don’t feel really threatening when the fight scenes take place. Any way, this is really good. Keep it going bud!

Fun fact: That's what an overcharged plasma pistol shot ACTUALLY does to you lorewise. Covenant weapons are actually terrifying because the plasma is sticky like napalm. Even if you're just grazed you are in for a WORLD of pain. And they give those to their cannon fodder crab child soldiers. Halo is pretty grimdark when you put enough thought into it.

The remake MUST have a really similar look to this. Unlike CE Anniversary, this game MUST MUST MUST nail the simplistic designs and the cool, saturated colors. It is a MUST for Halo CEs art style and visual design philosophy
