base thor has stalemated Zeus far back in the classic era. this isn't base thor but Allfather thor with the Odinforce.

@@Tecnofanbooy he held his own. it was made implicitly clear that Zeus wasn't really trying then and was doing the entire thing as a favor to Odin. Let's face it...ALL the male gods have been majorly nerfed.in recent years..they turned Odin into an impotent, alcoholic wreck before they killed him off. Remember how Thor got turned into a blood bank just a couple of months ago? they should have burst into flames in his general presence, let alone touching him. And that's from someone who specificly remembers the first thor vs. varnae fight.

@@alexsolomon8127 varnae didn't burst into flames the first time LMFAO. even though i hate thor's treatment in the avengers by this modern writers, you also have to understand it's a team book and every writer has their own favorites. eg... current thor writer al EWING don't play with STORM and LOKI. also, the character assassination of Odin and the Asgardians is entirely on Jason Aaron, whom y'all would swore is the best thing since sliced bread so don't complain. all in all, thor doing this to Zeus isn't a nerf at all. Odin and Zeus are equal, feat wise Odin is way more powerful. thor has the power of Odin currently plus his own, and he has always had the power to absorb energy it isn't a new thing. so the outcome is expected.

Y'know... I really think that Venom should stick with Peter cause it actually seems like they're not only an awesome spider symbiote crime fighting duo, but they're good therapists for each other. Like how Peter is helping Venom realize that he's not just a monster that just hurts people's lives, but he's a hero that has the ability to do the right thing. And like you said, Venom is helping Peter realize that he's lying to himself about the struggles he's currently facing in life, and I really hope that Venom will help Peter to move on and let go of these struggles in order for him to become a better, if not greater Spider-Man

I mean in Jackpot Black Cat MJ sounded like hypocrite when she lectured Felicia about leaving Peter for a criminal. And of course her relationship with Paul isn't sunshine and rainbow anymore. And of course Peter sacrificed so much for her and I hope she could see that. And maybe release that she was only in love with the idea of a family and not in love with Paul.

I've just now read the Jackpot and Black Cat comic and OH. MY. GOD. Wow... just... wow. I'm sorry, but I cannot see a possible way for them to fix this and bring Peter and MJ back together as the happy couple they once were before and sometimes off and on, post One More Day. The writers have dragged her name and character so far down in the dirt, it might as well be her grave and One More Day was the one that handed them the shovel. It is just straight up torture to see MJ/Jackpot in Spider-Man comics, and as they keep showing her, it's only going to continue to be agonizing for Peter, for us fans, for literally everybody because as Jackpot, she is a symbol of Zeb Well's errors in his run, that she's with Paul and being a hypocrite to Peter. And the funniest thing is that the only one who cares about Peter's wellbeing both physically and mentally is freakin Venom. (Which in my opinion... is honestly a cool thing to see, isn't that funny?) I'm sorry, but I just cannot see MJ going back to Peter because they can't just make Peter shoot Paul, and MJ goes into Peter's loving arms, saying that he's finally rescued her from the big bad man, (even though that would be funny to see) that would be crazy honestly not very believable writing. And if she did go back to Peter by either breaking up with Paul or Paul dying somehow, after all the things shes's said and done with Paul and being Jackpot, what makes her think that she deserves to be back with Peter, and that's just the thing... she isn't. I'm sorry bro, I'm not trying to solely blame MJ as a whole but I'm just trying to think like a writer and if figure out how to work with this kind of material. It's like what if you we're tasked to work with decent bread that has now turned into moldy bread, you just can't. MJ has literally lost her flavor, it's like she's butter that's been scrapped over too much bread. Overall, Peter obviously needs to grow and move past these problems, and since MJ or I'm sorry "JaCKpoT" is causing him this much sadness and torture, for not just him, but for literally all of us, then he's just gonna have to let go of her as well. That, and of course fire and replace all those jerk writers for Spider-Man in Marvel

@spiderwarrior246 That's just like telling Superman to move on from Lois Lane. I know that MJ has been dragged through the mud in this run, but there's always hope. Maybe with the upcoming Eight Deaths magic can help bring them back together like it tore them apart. And also maybe the new Spider-Girl is Mayday Parker, their daughter, who was kidnapped at the end of Clone Saga by Green Goblin and was covered up as miscarriage. What if she survived OMD and is on a mission to save her parents. And with Wells wanting us to Forgettable Shay as Peter's new love interest just feels shoe horned in at the last moment. Are you trying to say Paul the guy who destroyed his world and wanted to leave to kids he made orphans alone is the better man. Just turn him into a villain and have it be he was controlling MJ. Plus this was all Mephisto's idea to keep Peter and MJ from having a child. But with Peter and MJ, it's just a fact. The fans want it, the normies want it, everyone wants it, except for Wells and Lowe. Also, these side characters and villains have a shelf life which as long the run goes on. And the popular ones live on, but with the way it has been going on so far fans will remember Kangaroo before they remember Paul.

@Theemptythroneistaken I assume Hulk is going to be fully Amped by TOAA/TOBA to fight her which might be kinda dumb. The closest to what I'm thinking is in DC you had The Darkest Knight vs Perpetua which would be like this fight. Or maybe the mother of horrors will be weakened but idk. You're right since she is a TOAA level threat we will see

@captlonglegs1995 Unless somehow its established that the hulk is not only the avatar of TOAA/TOBA but hers as well so he can defeat her like he did to toba in his realm I just don't see it plus wasn't the door to tobas connection to hulk severed at the end of the immortal hulk run.
