This is such a bad sequel/Ending to a great game (Botw) I wasted 6y to get the same game, with plot holes and filler collectables. If this game came out after 2y, I could forgive more, but they wasted 6 years on Gmod and goat people, instead of making a literal sequel to the game your making. This game feels like a master quest, a rehash of BOTW, not an ending to that story. It’s suppose to be a complete story, when it feels like two. Botw had depth. TOTK has “The Depths”

What I don't like is how Paper Mario "fan" just cannot accept any change that is make beyond PM2 And refuse to see what comes next as very good games by their own (minus stickers stars) with CS and OK being really really awesome and NOT Rpg. Peoples judge games for what they aren't and what they WANT it to be despite everything. And this is the real problem in my opinion.

I think nintendo needs to have atleast one big game coming years away as a sort of hype driver. zelda did that, and metroid prime is currently doing that until switch 2. You need that big game people speculate about for years to come so having those big games help people not feel like the console is dead.

I doubt that the switch will die, infact the switch is probably gonna be like the new 3ds where its just an upgrade

My guy completely skipped over Metroid Dread aka Metroid 6 A game that has been leaked in 2005 and which has been announced in the Official Nintendo Magazine in 2006 A sequel to the (then) 19 year old Metroid Fusion (Metroid 4). People unironically waited for that game 16 years And it became one of the highly regarded Metroid games to date

I have played all six games. All of the games have stuff to love about them, YES, EVEN STICKER STAR. - the og is great, it set a good foundation - ttyd while not quite living up to the hype imo, is also a great game - spm has the best story, and is my personal favorite - ss while being bad gameplay wise, has good visuals, and an amazing soundtrack. The gameplay ideas were good in theory, and were just botched. - cs is another one of my favorites, it fixed a majority of the issues ss had, and is absolutely hilarious - ok is my favorite modern pm game, tied with cs. Amazing story, good gameplay, and great humor. Those angry old people are the reason this fandom sucks. Learn to love things for what they are, stop complaining about it not being ttyd all over again.

We need more competition other than the existing companies we have already known about for the last 30 years. Google shutting down their entire gaming platform was a disaster. We want new platforms to find their own success in the market. Because that improves competition which means better prices and consumer friendly initiatives.

I’m glad TTYD got remade bc it is a good game, but it feel so undeserved after how ungrateful fans were for the past 16 years. There has yet to be a bad paper Mario game, but bc everything after TTYD changed the formula, it automatically makes it a bad game.
