Can it be used with other Training platforms? - Rouvy/ Bkool / Fugaz, etc.. ?

@@miloo5318 that’s a very good question. I am sure the trainer could the controls most likely not. Those are in game specific. Cheers

As long as you use it in ERG mode, you can use any app that support that, but for virtual shifting you can use only Zwift

I’m sorry to ask this question but what app do we use to do the spin down
@VerdeART4 ай бұрын
Should the gears be used? I dont use them, and I dont used third apps like zwift. I use the trainer and change the % on the app manually. Similar question: Which gear should it be on? (I left the chain in the middle so it goes straight to the gears).
@paulpisanitv4 ай бұрын
You def can use gears and I prob would change the gears once in awhile. The issue is you’ll just wear out that one cog a lot quicker by not changing gears.
@paulpisanitv4 ай бұрын
That being said, I rarely change gears either, and I’m always in workout mode using Zwift

0:06 How are you measuring the "racquet tip at 82 degrees"? If 90 degrees is racquet tip pointing straight up to the sky, then 82 degrees doesn't look right. Maybe something like 65 to 70 degrees. 🤔

Take a sharpie to make a mark to go by on the knob. You won’t fell like one when you don’t spin it enough or to much.
