I like that you go through everything, and honor that some people value old or sentimental things. We had to sell our parents’ house quickly, and my sister threw away so many things. I live out of state so I never knew what she was doing. I still think about all of that 4 years later.

I hate too say this, but I can be very judgemental of people who "let things go". As I got older, I softened my Judgement and gave people the benefit of the doubt and began to understand how they couldn't help themselves. At 65 yrs of age, I still have a lot to learn. I am no longer disgusted by what I see on your channel and wonder how people let things get so bad. You explain everything so well, my compassion has increased 100 fold. Although my first thought at times may be "OMG, how could you", I now stop and think, the poor soul, what happened to you? I thought I knew what depression was, then I got it. I knew nothing. I have a son with Autism and thought I had a good grasp on it, but had never heard of Autism burn out. Thank you for explaining it too us.. I also want to tell you I enjoy the talk over and the silences. I also look forward weekly to your videos and when they don't come out I miss them and can't wait till you have the time to do a new one. I understand it's alot of work and this is your "fun". Keep having FUN

I bought 3 beautiful square silk scarfs for a £1 each. Ive sewed the white backing material from old curtains, to fit to window to still let light in, but hides people looking in. ❤.

I'll admit, I just listened to this one without really watching, I didn't want to see it. But it made me think how much easier it is these days to get into a state like this, because of all the delivery services. Used to be you had to put on clothes and leave your home for food or your addiction of choice, or at least come face-to-face with another human bringing a delivery. Now everything can be left on a doorstep and someone can hide their condition by not seeing a soul. Depressing thought. Thank you as always for helping people. ❤❤👊

Mack...once again you and Jason, with the help of a neighbor's (owner's) son, were able to make this house approachable for remodeling. 🤩 Bless you for your energy and staying power to complete the job! 🙏🙏Your sense of humor is astounding! 💕 I am so sorry you have to put up with people who watch your site and criticize you! 🤬 I totally support your decision to ban these idiots! 😡 I also support SB Mowing...love Spencer and his idea of helping people who need lawn care. Can't wait to see the upcoming videos you mentioned in this video!! Have a great week and try to relax after this strenuous job! Take care! Stay hydrated and "hi" Emily! Also, greetings to Jason and his wife while they wait for their Angel to arrive! 💜💜💜

Just marvelous what you did. The Kitchen cabinets and all of the floors were just amazing. ❤ I like the channels you mentioned and watch them. I would like to give a shout out to Drake Lawn Care. He and his significant other go to peoples houses and clean up their yards for free. She mows using the big standup mower as well as a push mower. He’s does wonders with the weedeater. They have helped a lot of people in Atlanta avoid having to pay a fine from county code. ❤

Thank you for being open about your strengths and struggles. My husband is going through autistic burn out as well. I remind him often that he's loved for who he is and not his deeds. It's not healthy for anyone to be "on" all the time. Men don't give up, they give out. Learning how to stop before the tank runs dry is not easy to navigate for a neurodivergent, but you're doing that! Men are often brought up with the belief that their worth is tied up in what they do for others. I think it's important to tell the men in our lives that it's ok for them to take breaks and ask for help. We have to show them they are safe to be vulnerable with us, that we support their mental health, too.

I professionally clean beachfront vacation rental homes for a living, yet I love watching you and Auri clean as often as possible. I too experience autistic burnout as an audhd mom of 3. I cant imagine how incredibly hard it is to make and edit content when youre going through it. I PERSONALLY love listening to you talk, so it doesnt matter if youre cleaning your house/garage vs a super stimulating garbage heap of a place🤗 You mentioned moshing to Pantera and I instantly perked up when i realized you listen to metal music🤟 its my fav genre, and always helps me work through my low energy and emotions. My favorite band of all time is Avenged Sevenfold. What other bands to you love to rock out to?

I had my 7 year old watch this during a break from cleaning on Saturday morning. He hopped up and asked for a bottle of APC and paper towels. Also, a side note to support your method, in my job as a cleaner for over 5 years our #1 tools were Dawn, all purpose cleaner a non-scratch sponge and wipe rag. This is some of the best content I've ever seen on the internet. Thanks!

I think anyone who watches all your videos would be content with just a video of you doing just about anything even if it's eating dinner or practicing your spin kicks. Or doing commentary for stupid animal videos. Or following your son around narrating his life. Seriously though..while we love seeing new videos, it's ok if you skip a week to take care of yourself. We get it. We'll all still be here when you get back. Love you and those wicked dust spin kicks! Also...have you ever accidentally taken out a moose with one of those spin kicks?

It's strangely satisfying to watch you shovel everything into a garbage can. I really appreciate what you and Jason do.Last year I help a friend clean out her uncle house who had passed away. He was a "clean" hoarder. What I mean by that is the uncle hoarded electronic, clothing, fishing stuff, etc. The bathroom was the cleanest, most uncluttered part of the house. The house was a three hour drive for my friend, 2 hour drive for me. We spent every Saturday for 3 and a half, maybe 4 months cleaning it out. It was a lot of hard work, but a lot of fun too.Kind of an archaeological dig and we also found a lot of cool stuff.

Me and my partner have different kinds of ADHD/ADD and we also both have deep issues with cleaning... every time we have to clean it's like tense and we both hate it... these videos really break down what's going on!!! I already paused and finished the dishes... I feel like a weigh is off my shoulders with this new outlook on cleaning!!!! Thank you x100000000!!❤🎉🎉🎉
