I see a couple of these on ebay and i saw a post from someone on a group forum that had those fog light turn green. Is there ways to change the leds to amber or yellow leds or change it to stay on amber

Is there any specific reason you are doing this compared to say a PEA fuel additive like Techron? As you know, the 2GR has D4-S dual injection where injectors spray valves anyway so there shouldn't be any major carbon build up like a strictly GDI like a Hyundai/KIA. If there was any on the valves, wouldn't it be cleaned by a simple fuel additive because D4-S still has port injectors. The only other thing that I found helpful in my 2007 2GR in my ES350 is the throttle plate cleaning. Car Care Nut gives a good demonstration and I can attest that it is fairly easy all you need is a rag and some carb cleaner. Its well worth it, I especially noticed a difference on my old 2001 Sequoia with the 2UZ V8, that truck needed it and it makes a noticeable difference on cold winter starts and full throttle. The ES was less noticeable because it is so quiet anyway and heats up much faster. Anyway good video and nice Avalon.

My girl had the plastic connection break that feeds the heat core. And blew fluid all over. I had to bypass the heater core due to no one having parts. Since then it will run warm when parked, then driving it goes back down to around 216-218, sometimes around 220. But today it wanted to run around 226-231 while driving . When stopped it went up to like 245. I’m thinking it’s my thermostat also but how do I know for sure.

So what? I have to wait on other people that can't figure out how to drive, so they can wait on me to reverse Park.

I hate people who park backwards. People have to wait anyway. People have just become to lazy and are just in a complete rush. Pulling in like a regular person makes other people that are driving down the aisles to watch out for back up lights while looking at the parking spaces on each side of the aisle. People who backwards with their front facing out, do not look at all. They just assumed that the line is clearing speed out of the parking spot. Not even looking. Especially noticed that people park backwards facing the wrong way on a one way aisle in parking lots so there is backwards compared to the other vehicles that are pulled in so the vehicle that parked in backwards pull out they will be going the wrong way against traffic and then the traffic has to wait For runway driver to get out of the way. People just got lazy that’s all.

If a driver can't safely back a vehicle into a parking spot in a few seconds they are likely not great at driving forward either. Those complaining about this method of parking are probably the same who can't wait for a left or right-hand turn in front of them to be completed and feel they are so short-changed in time having to wait that they must pass the turning car on the right or left based on the direction the "offender" is headed. Another thing to consider: when backing into a parking spot rather than driving forward, when exiting, you are facing the direction of normal driving and don't have to strain your neck to try to see clearly in both directions behind you. You are also closer to the end of the vehicles parked beside you and have to travel a shorter obstructed distance to see any traffic that may be looking for a spot or leaving. Driving isn't rocket science but so many basic driver skills are unpracticed or unknown that it is pathetic.

Reverse parking is necessary, it's why modern cars have a reversing horn. That's right, they had to mount a car horn in the reversing position on the back of the car so the driver could get other cars to move out of the way! If your car doesn't have a reversing horn, it's time to hop out and speak to the other drivers so you can get out of your parking spot. Some drivers just don't comprehend giving others space to reverse.

No, we don't want to have to wait on you to park instead of you waiting for others to go by. Besides that, most people take 2 or 3 tries, don't park in the space to begin with, instead of people parking like they have for a century with no problems.

When "pocket" parking we always reverse in. Its a requred skill anyway. So I think reverse parking should be the preference.

I reverse park in perpendicular spots really quick, because it's easy, I understand basic geometry, I'm a pretty awesome driver, and I have a high performance quick handling machine.. (ok, it's an 89 firebird, but it does ok). Nobody ever has to wait for me. Angled spots I just pull in.
