It appears this realtor from DFW. Believe me she does not know anything about Houston. I don’t know why she selling here. People from DWF don’t even like Houston and they certainly don’t know Houston. She needs to go back home. We are fine here in Houston with our own realtors who know and love Houston.

Perry Model starts in the upper $500's and Westin Homes starts in the $600's but they have mad incentives. Most Master Planned Communities are getting ready to end of year deals . Thx for viewing

YW and the 1st home is over 4000 sq ft & the 2nd is a little 3200 sq ft very few amenities other than walking trails and playground Waller ISD De nada

The lazy river, fitness center and tennis courts opened a few weeks ago. I’m loving it here in Sunterra and can’t wait for the Lagoon to open in the summer of 2025. 🏄♂️
