Hi Wendy. I've listened to you since 2018 and took a few courses at TheShiftNetwork. Anyway, I have a question. Do I have to sit straight when I visualize grounding cord? I am a person who usually lying down, especially meditating. I recently listen to your videos before sleeping but I feel little awkward to visualize grounding cord lying down 😅 Do you have any suggestion? Or it's better to sit while clear the energy?

For years, I struggled with beliefs around money that came from how my family raised me. My family lived pay check to pay check, always struggling to make ends meet. Money was a constant source of stress and tension between my parents. I vividly remember my parents' anxious discussions about bills, debts, and the fear of not having enough to cover the essentials. Their worries became ingrained in my mind, and it wasn't until I started working with a coach that I truly began to understand and heal these traumas. I could finally see that as a result, my belief was that there would never be enough money to go around. That's how I felt even into adulthood, showing up in irrational fears about spending money, even on basic necessities. I found myself hoarding every penny, afraid to part with it for fear of not having enough in the future. In 2016 I came to know about the low of attraction. No matter how much I envisioned a life of prosperity, the underlying belief in scarcity held me back, I was manifesting money and some success but I wasn't able to maintain it as by fear of not having enough was pushing me into old habits. Cutting the roots of this limiting belief became essential for me and that's when I came to know Adela, my coach. I am not paid to recommend her or anything like this, but I do it because I wished I could have found her or someone like her earlier. You can find her on instagram as @conscious_microdosing and if I am not mistaken she is offering 3 free spots monthly for those in need. I really hope this will be a breakthrough for you, we all deserve financial security and freedom from the traumas associated with money.

It's so true. Intuition is not always a "voice" you hear. For me, it's a knowing and my mother, God rest her soul, had the knowing, feelings also. I was told I am psychic. I also feel I'm an empathic also. Always have been. I've had many intuitive happenings and one in particular is around 2017 when I was getting my house here in Washington, DC remolded and was staying at my brother's house in his basement. Quiet and just me in the basement, I got a feeling to go by the house one day. I went up stairs where my brother was in the kitchen and I said to him something tells me to go by the house. Well, it was still daylight, I think it was springtime, not summer yet, and I pulled around to the back of my house to park under my carport. the rear is a new addition, bumped out and the new security storm door, the kitchen window next to the door and the new glass door to the kitchen was unlocked and the kitchen window was also raised along with the window screen. I just knew someone was inside. I decided to enter through the front door in case if I encounter someone inside, and I would, with, all my might, fight, etc., drag and roll down the stiars the intruder with a hard grip roll right out the front door down the front steps onto the side walk. This was my thinking. Well, no one was in side thank God. Because, my contractor had just taken delivery into my house all of the appliances, brand new all still in their shrink wrap, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, stove, etc. I also had just purchased over $800.00 of accessors like door pulls, cabinet knobs, bathroom accessors, lights, etc. There were thousands of dollars brand new house wares just sitting inside. Needless to say I called my contractor and balled him out good! That's only one story of my intuitive encounters. I get a lot in dreams too. And I dream numbers and not necessarily double, triple numbers of same numbers, just numbers and and I will looked them up read what they mean as angel numbers. I will lucid dreams at times and started not to so quickly snap out of them out of fear. I really want to and have been thinking of really learning and taping intuitive feelings and knowings I've had since very young.
