In the cage I see, ha ha!! People don't pay attention to where they need to be, they try and correct themselves last second, causing aggro for other road users.. that's what you call a bad driver, glad they didn't cause you an accident mate, safe driving/riding out there on the wild roads!!
@LoneWolf-UkАй бұрын
Yeah and the most upsetting thing is, they really don`t care! Simply NPC`s programmed to cause chaos and confusion.

Dude, I thought bad roads were a local thing, but now I realise it`s nation wide. :/ Some of the roads I have been exploring on lately are literally shaking my bike to bits. The rattle you hear on my bike is the Speedo and rev counter knocking against the nose fairing, because the mounting rubbers are wearing out. Because of the deep pot holes I have encountered, some of the fairing lugs have snapped. Ahh, the joys of biking, eh?

Hi. What's the vibrations level on your machine? I just picked up from dealer a brand new unit the same as yours. When i'm driving 37 mph on 4 gear the image on mirrors is blurred. The same is when increasing the rpm on neutral while the bike is stopped.
@WhippyWhip2Ай бұрын
they are quite vibraty bikes, downsides of single cylinder engines, here's a vide explaining the different engines kzfaq.info/get/bejne/l7WErZOA0Z7KfHU.html

I have to wipe my visor down after every ride and sometimes also mid-ride because the bugs are like paintballs and eventually after hitting enough of them visibility is reduced.

Thats why i dont understand how morons go without a helmet. #1 for safety and 2 the bugs the wind and road debris that kick up in your face

Once I was driving at 60 on the highway in my truck with the windows down. Somehow what I believe to be a queen Carpenter ant flew or fell out of a tree directly into my chest, I am not sure how it achieved such an angle but it actually hurt and scared the shit out of me. It got knocked unconscious or died on impact with me

Got a wasp in my helmet once while riding with the visor up. Wasn't even going fast but had anyone else been on that road, I would have crashed hard. Since then it's visor down as soon as I'm not in a parking lot.

They need to adjust the sensitivity on the induction loop. They don't think of motorcycles. There should set them so that they change after a period of time even if nothing is present. Needs a bit of tweeking. Thanks for highlighting this common issue with traffic lights and bikes. Cheers

Oh man... Yes, some drivers ARE really that bad! I thought we had our fair share of bad drivers, here in the lakes. But now I`m coming to realise the problem is nation wide. I swear they act like NPC`s from a video game, mindless droids created purely to cause chaos. Take care, ride safe it`s a jungle out there!

A fly once pierced my cornea, I was traveling at "highway speeds" and I had my visor cracked open about 9mm (first notch up) I saw the fly swoop over the fairing and straight into my eye, from this I received a cracked cornea, infected with pseudomonas and a 3 month stay in hospital with doses of steroids and antibiotics dripped into my eye every 15 minutes, even through the night. The swelling and pain were indescribable... I make it a rule now to have my visor down anytime I`m riding above 20mph or so. Eyes are as precious as diamonds, look after them. Take it easy and enjoy the ride. Best wishes from the Lone Wolf in the lakes.

As it happens I buy all my gear from H&S Maidstone, what a small world. They have lots of gear there and the sales people are very helpfull. Great information very helpfull. The thermal layers on jackets are very good as in the summer it does get warm. Like the way your cat has stolen the limelight. I would recommend getting some Oxford Rainseals (They have them at J&S) and certainly keep the water out when raining. I only have textile jacket to it's essential in the rain. That gear should be OK for many miles ahead. Great channel. I recognise most of the roads you ride on. we have some lovely roads in Kent. Ride safe Cheers
